I accidentally contacted this company while trying to identify the merchant behind a pending credit card transaction. They correctly informed me that I had contacted the wrong company. Unfortunately, what followed was an unnecessarily hostile exchange. Instead of simply closing the conversation professionally, the communication from the COO became personal, including comments about my intelligence and professionalism. Everyone can make a mistake. I certainly did by contacting the wrong company. However, I expect a company—especially at senior management level—to respond respectfully and professionally. That standard was unfortunately not met.
I moved from school to the Qazi office, but my family wouldn't accept me, so I got married. Now I trust in God, everyone will pray for us.
If you don't know the process if getting a Visa, they make it simple and easy and make sure you have everything you need to keep from getting rejected. I still needed to work to produce documents like invitation letters or letter of introduction, but I didn't have to go to any office or wait in any line. Everything showed up on time via FedEx without any delays or surprises. Yes, it's expensive, but if you're in a hurry, it's worth it.
The Washington and San Francisco offices were fantastic in helping me to get my passport at the last minute. I would be traveling and needed to know exactly where to have it sent. The DC folks found SF to be fastest at processing. The SF folks knew exactly the timing and where it should be sent. Working with them completely eliminated my anxiety about possibly having to cancel our trip. I would not recommend contacting the NYC office. I spoke to three different people who knew next to nothing, put me on hold for over 5 minutes, and only made my anxiety greater.
I was happy with the process for this, which was something I was not familiar with. I spoke with someone when I called in who was reassuring. I appreciated the digital updates that let me know where we were in the process, and what to expect. I think the team remitted a part of the payment that was decided to be unnecessary, and that was positive.
