One of the worst experience of my life. They took all my documentation and they never gave it back to me. Then when they send it back I got no visa on my passport. And he took my 250 dollars for no reason. They are professional scammers. I called that number then the receptionist pick up and he doesn’t know anything and he will ask you to shoot an email to his boss and the bus will never respond at all. This HOT MESS. I am tired from sending so many emails and getting no response. And as you can see in the pictures this is an email between me and the boss to send me the refund and he continue to refuse and continue to lie and he said he will send it when he get to the office and he haven’t gotten Dhom into the office for the last four months and I believe this is not true

Too soon to report on. Documents going out tomorrow September 30 So far dealing with Lisa has been superb! She is pleasant and patient with me, hahaha I believe they will work in my beat interest.

I called several times with questions as I was filling out my application and getting necessary documents for my Chinese visa. I always got help. When I finally got to the point of sending my application off to TDS, it was easy, and my passport was returned quicker than promised.

This company is amazing! One stop shopping ! Everything is easy on their user-friendly website. They are also so helpful when you have questions. Out of the 20 or so times I have had to order visas, it was definitely my most enjoyable visa processing experience! Thank you TDS!

All my questions were answered with clarity and efficiency.The instructions on how to collect the documents were clear as well. Peace of mind. That said, the instructions and the page layout for the Letter of Authorization could be clearer. It needed rereading and that gave me pause before I understood to send 2 copies of it. Thanks again.

As an avid traveler, both for work ad pleasure, I am usually happy with services that I pay for. However, the expereience I had at TDS on K street in Washington DC was terrible. An employee by the name of John came to assist me, but their computers were broken- or system down. Instead of being curtious he made me feel as if I was an imposition on his day. It was the worst service I have ever had in the travel industry. I warn anyone seeking advice or assistance NOT to use this company. Additionally they charge more money than other services in the area. HEED the advice!

I can't thank y'all enough! Shout out to Behrooz at the Washington Office and Liza at the Houston Office. Liza really broke down all of the steps for me since this was my first time using TDS. I had a 2 year old and an adult passport that I had multiple questions on. She threw my worries out the window and calmed me down. I really appreciate her communicating with me and treating me as if I was one of her friends that needed help! To Behrooz!!! The man that ended up taking over the information for me because I had realized I had originally selected the Washington office and not the Houston location where I was speaking with Liza. Behrooz communicated constantly with me and never did I feel like I was bothering him. We had a mishap with the photos for the passport and he immediately solved my problem and helped me get a photo to them fast and easy. Thanks to y'all both!! P.S. To the bosses of these 2 amazing individuals, GREAT HIRES and Good People!!!

Choosing an online visa service can be difficult, but this company made it easy even during the rough patches. Just a few helpful tips: Be sure to sign up for an account before going through the process to have better control of getting back to your order. As well as read the FINE DETAILS, i.e. Not all places process the same types of Visa's. With the two little hiccups I had; it only took a phone call, to a direct person whom one of which was the President of the Company, Dean. Both times communicating with the company directly I was given the information needed to get my Zambian Business Visa in the works.

A very bad experience! After a visa process we never received our passports back, they lost and told us what was lost at the Consulate. We received a notice from the State Department 5 months later informing us that the passports had been in the Consulate ever since and were never withdrawn by the agency that provided the service.

The process went smoothly. The website was clear and user friendly. We received the passport visas in 6 business days. We were surprised how quick it was. Thank you for your great service.
