Topo Designs Flagship Store

Topo is quickly becoming one of my all time favorite brands. One of the few places I enjoy shopping. I brought a bag in today due to some damage to the back padding and was quickly helped by Josh who was working the counter. He made sure I was covered by the warranty and quickly made sure everything was set up for me. Outstanding professionalism from Josh. It is so rare to find a brand that stands behind their warranty these days, but Topo is one of them. Love this shop and brand

I am thrilled with my new Global 40L Travel Bag. It feels sturdy, the rectangular shape is awesome, and I can’t wait to find uses for all these pockets. Also, shoutout to Shelby who helped me out with my purchase. She was able to answer all of my questions and even setup the shoulder straps for me while I looked around the store. Thanks, Shelby!

Great store, awesome energy, cool gear, amazing staff. Lived out my dream as a backpack nerd - got a chance to examine all the pockets of all kinds of different backpacks for probably 30min straight, ask a million questions and get a wealth of helpful intel/advice from the most helpful staff person (Nicole), and really land on exactly the purchases I was hoping for. Thanks Nicole and Topo Designs team!

I placed an online order almost 4 weeks ago and it has not shipped. Last week I reached out to customer service and "Courtney" said she would make sure it shipped the following day. That was a week ago. I reached out to her again and received nothing but dead air. If you won't ship my order, can I be refunded shipping and pick it up in store or at least be given a refund before I get my bank involved? I have many topo bags, since well before your flagship opened. I was gifting this Rover kit to a relative for Christmas, and really surprised at the poor level of customer service and lack of communication. You would think after 2 weeks, let alone 3, or not shipping a customer's order, there would be some sort of communication... yikes.

I’ve had this place on my list to check out and since I was finally in Denver, I walked 20 min from my hotel to their flagship store. Sadly it appears they are closing down as they haven’t invested in anyone to staff it during opening hours. No one was there at 3:15 despite the sign saying they would be there at 2:45. I tried calling, but the voicemail was full. Such bad customer experience, that I don’t think intend to purchase from them…even if they somehow stay in business.

Great customer service. EJ helped me so much. Answered all of my questions. I was able to buy what I wanted on sale. Looking forward to using my TOPO luggage.

Ordered a sweater delivered to Spain. Ordered it sent to a pick up point. Sent an email right after order to confirm pick up point since undeliverable to my residence. Then I receive an email from chronopost that the package was unable to be delivered to my address (which is why I chose a pick up point). When I emailed topo, first return email is we are busy will be delayed response. When they did respond it was to tell me it was my fault package not delivered because the address was incomplete. That’s why it was supposed to go to a pick up point. I guess we live in a time when no one takes responsibility or apologizes for making a mistake. Sweater was pretty nice. But not really worth the hassle. And I don’t generally support companies with poor customer service.

This brand stole my heart with their creativity, designs and American made manufacturing. For a real gear junky who uses their equipment like it should....it just doesn’t hold up. What’s worse is they don’t stand behind their products. Everything I’ve purchased has started to fall apart and I’ve been dealing with a warranty claim for about 6 months with no luck. I even coordinated an exchange at their Denver flagship store since the warranty department had basically ghosted me. Their flagship store didn’t end up hold the item for me and now I’m unable to get the item I originally ordered. Normally no bid deal, pick something else out and move on, but there service and customer experience is about as bad as it gets and I’m at a point I’d rather not support their company with my hard earned dollars. Better quality and a better customer experience can be found almost anywhere. Their bag started falling apart at the seams inside and on the carry strap. Their Breaker shirt’s snap buttons broke after a few months of use.

The people who work here are very knowledgeable and nice! I got my global roller bag here last spring and use it all the time! Since I love black I customized mine with a logo and my initials! All Topo designs products are high quality.

Topo Designs Flagship Store in RiNo Arts District is a great shop for those into active lifestyle. Tons of colorful bags of different sizes and functions are nicely displayed in this small space and it's hard to leave the shop without getting something fun and useful. Service was friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a small bike messenger bag! Since Topo Designs is founded in Denver, this would be a great souvenir and memory for my Denver trip.
