Topo Designs Flagship Store

Ordered Sunday arrived on Wednesday in the UK. Great service from Topo and DHL. The bag's great, as always. This is my third bag from you. Good work!

Although there is much more to browse on their online store, this small, dedicated store is streamlined with some of the highlights you’re wanting for your everyday accessories and wardrobe. Still a great selection of bags on the back wall and a lone, friendly staff member willing to answer your questions. Nicole was playing some great music and helped me find a new favorite band on my quick trip to Denver.

This is such a great store. A selection of every pack that Topo makes as well as a great selection of their clothing. There are also several other brands of camping and everyday accessories. I was stuck deciding between two packs for a solid twenty minutes. EJ suggested a third and I decided on that one almost immediately. Thank you for your patience and help!

I have been coming to this store for some years and have always enjoyed the cool feel of the store and the bright and lively look of their products. What they are offering may not be so different than that which one finds with The North Face, REI, or Patagonia, but they have a certain design ethos that I find very appealing. One note of concern that has crept up recently is that a lot of what used to be made in the USA is now being sourced from foreign low-wage countries. This, coupled with other reviews talking about quality issues, gives me some concern that Topo Designs' standards may not be as they once were.

100% my favorite brand on the market right now. This store is located in a very cool retail/restaurant/office complex made from recycled shipping containers. It's really hard to miss the store because their apparel color swatch is pretty bright and invites you in to see what they have. Great quality that they stand behind with the Lifetime Warranty. They do some great collabs with other exceptional brands. They also stock locally crafted goods in their store as well. If I could afford it, I would own every single piece of product that they touch.

You will quickly know if you want something from this place because the shop exposes everything in an easy to see setup. In addition those who work there are very good at turning your vague desires into possible solutions. I found going there to be way better than shopping online because going there allowed me to understand all the sizes. I ended up with two bags of different sizes, one for a work or day trip and one for my common week-long trips.

Quality clothing and accessories from a great company. Ordered some canvas accessory bags for an overseas trip I'm taking in a couple days. Package was lost in transit and when I contacted Topo Designs they were super understanding and replaced my lost items free of charge with overnight shipping. You have a new loyal customer 😊

I loved the flagship store and my visit there last week! I had been looking forward to visiting Colorado and to come to this store! The woman who helped me was awesome (I forgot her name ,😔). She was so helpful, friendly, and patient. She took the time to give me some pros and cons about some bags I was interested in and listen to what my use cases were. I ended up buying the Block Bag, one of their newly designed bags. I highly recommend checking out this store! The colors, designs, and most importantly staff at the Denver location are the best! I feel even more strongly about the Denver location after visiting the one in Boulder just a few days later. The staff at the Boulder location never greeted me or acknowledged that I walked into the store. And when I asked questions, they gave short abrupt answers, I was disappointed. My experience between the 2 stores was so different. I was thinking of buying yet another item at the Boulder store but didn't want to after experiencing unwelcoming responses, after 2 visits to the Boulder store ☹️. I've gotten a couple of items for myself and as gifts from Topo and have always been impressed but today I just wanted to leave this 5 star review for a staff member named Clayton in particular. When I called in asking about bike bags in stock they were super helpful and genuinely STOKED for me to be going on a bike trip this weekend. Their energy was just as infectious when I got in to the store to pick up the bag and the colorway they recommended was indeed the perfect match. THANK YOU CLAYTON!!

Love the idea of this brand but their gear is terrible quality and not built to… even be used. What’s even worse is their customer service. Bought a $100 shirt and a button broke in half and snapped off on first wear, while traveling. It’s a plastic snap button, not a button you can see on again with a repair kit. Customer service ghosted me and then finally gave me these options. Options were to carry a defective shirt with me for two months (so much for packing light) to ship it back after, or contact an international distributor to pass the problem on to them, or to spend my travel time finding a local repair shop to somehow fix not a normal thread sewn button a plastic snap, and they would reimburse me with store credit for the cost of the repair only, after I provide them a legitimate receipt. For their terrible quality workmanship, they want me to do all of the legwork while traveling with my family to fix a button that’s their defective manufacturing to begin with. Just store credit for the cost of repair, not my time researching, translating, traveling to a repair person, waiting for the repair, if it’s even possible as it’s not a standard button. What total garbage customer service, which I guess matches their total garbage quality stuff.
