The Taproom at Pike Place

The place is very nice,but the staff are very rude and arrogant. When ordering our drinks the rude staff ask everyone for ID, but only for his own liking he's very nice to people who he knows.Such an comfortable feeling coming back here after 3 years when I was here. Pls look into this matter as lots of people will never come back.

Beer choice was limited, and expensive for portion. Atmosphere was lacking.

So overpriced! This little taproom was nothing special, just a square room with benches and beer on tap. Bartender was helpful but super chill, too chill almost. The 1 star is because there weren't any prices posted, and now I know why. Emailed receipt shows $10.50 for a beer, plus tax, plus 20% tip. 4 beers ran almost $60. WILD! Tourist trap for sure...

My husband & I use to frequent this spot a lot. We will never come back… the country music is loud and obnoxious, the food is sub par, and service has went downhill. This establishment does not represent Seattle . Go to any other restaurant/ bar , I promise will give a better ambiance/ atmosphere that reflects what Seattle and downtown is all about.

16 beers on tap. Good assortment of local brews. Being from out of town was looking for something with a decent selection of local beers and this place did not disappoint. Will definitely be back if ever in the area.

We visited on the 3rd of June at around 3pm. The beer was tasty but the guy serving clearly didn't want to be there. The service was terrible. We had one beer and left. If the service was better we'd have stayed for a few.

I came here with a group of work friends who are all 10 years younger than me. The bartender refused to sell me a beer because i forgot my ID at the hotel. This is fine. Until I realized my white co workers were never asked for ID and got served beer. Upon realizing this I go back up to try to get a drink and call out the fact he didnt ask anyone else I came with for ID before serving and he just made some lame excuse about forgetting and still refused me a brew. I had a pretzel that was mid. Dont go here black folks.

Been here twice in the last month and both times the kitchen was closed. Last time, the kitchen was closed and the bartender was wearing headphones and completely unattentive to the customers. He accidentally rang me up for 2 drinks when I first arrived and I corrected him and asked several times that the second drink was removed, he confirmed, but I realized when I got home I was still charged. Also, pretty pricey for what it’s worth and what is nearby. Super disappointed, but it was nice both times they had ample seating. I also feel strongly that bars in such a touristy area should invest in a music streaming service that doesn’t play 3 minutes of ads every other song. But maybe that’s just me!
