I was disappointed with the quality of the suit I purchased. The material felt cheaper than expected, and the fit was not close to what was advertised. After only a short period of wear, I noticed loose stitching and areas that did not hold their shape well. For the price, I expected much better craftsmanship and durability.

I had a last-minute suit emergency ahead of my daughter’s rehearsal dinner and wedding, and Suitsupply absolutely came through. I originally had a suit made locally in Lodi, giving myself plenty of time—but when I went in for the final fitting, it was a complete disaster. The suit was beyond repair, and I ended up walking away from it entirely just days before traveling. I flew to Denver to meet my family, and in a bit of a scramble, I visited Suitsupply. The team there stepped in immediately, got me fitted, and arranged to have the suit sent ahead to their location in Tampa. When I arrived in Florida, the Tampa team handled the final alterations—and the result was incredible. The suit fit like a glove and looked fantastic. Honestly, it felt like a million bucks. From Denver to Tampa, the service was seamless, professional, and above and beyond what I expected—especially given the time crunch. These guys saved the day. I can’t recommend Suitsupply enough for anyone needing a suit for a special occasion. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Alexy and the rest of the staff were a phenomenal help. He provided customer service that went BEYOND what any other store will have. Being my first time purchasing a suit, he made sure I was informed and confident with each of the decisions we made for my suit. My experience was tailored to my needs specifically, and Alexy provided incredible input throughout the process. Very educated, and detail oriented in his approach. Alexy and Hamza were beyond helpfull and honestly this was the best custmer service experince I have ever had. Alexy kept it real with me on timing for custom suits and to be honest got me in a suit I am even more happy with that day. He was really good at picking my brain and getting me a couple options to look at. Took no more than 45 minutes. His Trainee Hamza was equally as great very enthusiastic and almost like a hype man which was honestly super fun. With and upcoming wedding i have all ready told all my friends about my experince and i all ready know one freind who is going to go work with Alexy down the road. Needless to say if i need another suit I know right where to go. 11/10 yall rock!
