Amazing experience at Suitsupply. Had an appointment with Alexandra and she was top notch. I was looking for a versatile high quality navy blue blazer that could fit all throughout the fashion spectrum and Alexandra helped me with that. Tyler is literally the best! He is the absolute wizard of the suit industry - he helped my fiancé design his suit for our wedding and made an experience we anticipated being stressful fun. He has an excellent sense of style and we were so pleased with how the suit turned out. I couldn’t recommend Tyler enough!

The entire team was great. I arrived in Denver for a conference and the day before my dry cleaners burned down and nearly all my dress clothes with it. I came directly from the airport needing dress clothing. I was offered water, helped in a timely and kind manner and another wonderful associate offered a Black owned restaurant recommendation that I look forward to eating at. Overall they turned a stressful time into a great experience. Love to see that the Suit Supply brand and service is consistent in my travels. Kudos to the team.

Dayton was absolutely extraordinary. Truly, I do not have enough words to say how impressed I am. For my wedding, it was something extremely important for me to find the perfect suit, with the perfect fit, and Dylan went above and beyond in every possible way to make this happen. He was patient, attentive, elegant, polite, and so invested from beginning to end. He did not only help me choose a suit, he helped me find THE suit. The one that felt completely right, completely refined, and perfectly fitted. He understood exactly what I wanted, even when I was not always able to express it clearly myself. I was surprised to see how much care he put into every detail. You can feel immediately when someone is doing only his job, and when someone is giving truly using their talent. Dayton was exceptional in every sense. He made me feel confident, understood, and very grounded during the whole experience. This was a premium service and a human service at the same time. Dear suit supply Customer service compliant - in store experience I am writing to share my recent experience at one of your stores, which was unfortunately disappointing. When I arrived, I was waiting to be assisted, but an employee named Mika ignored me and chose to serve other customers who arrived after me. When I politely asked why I was being skipped, she responded by saying I was being disrespectful and told me she did not want to serve me. She then asked me to leave the store, which I found very upsetting and unprofessional, especially since I had not acted in a disrespectful manner. I did not want to leave without making a purchase, and the situation became uncomfortable as I felt pushed out. Fortunately, another employee named Dayton approached me. He was very kind, professional, and helpful. Thanks to him, I was able to complete my purchase and have a positive experience in the end. While I truly appreciate Dayton’s excellent service and would rate him 5 stars, my interaction with Mika was very disappointing, and I would rate that experience 1 star. I believe this kind of behavior can cause your business to lose customers. I hope you can address this issue and ensure better customer service in the future. Sincerely

I had a great experience working with Ryan at SuitSupply while starting the process for my custom wedding suit. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and easy to work with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I felt confident in every decision, especially when it came to fabric selection. He explained his recommendations clearly and leaned on his experience, without ever making me feel pressured in any direction. What stood out most was his attention to detail. Throughout the appointment, Ryan guided me with thoughtful suggestions that genuinely elevated the overall look. He also did a great job recommending custom pant options based on my body type, which I know will make a big difference in the final fit. Although I’ve only completed the customization / measurements appointment and haven’t received the final suit yet, the experience alone gives me full confidence it will turn out great. The process felt collaborative and stress-free, and I already feel good about how everything is coming together for my wedding day. As a long time Suit Supply patron, I felt compelled to share my experience publicly. I’ve purchased numerous suits, blazers, dress shirts, casual shirts and even shoes from Suit Supply and have always been satisfied. The quality in some cases has been less-than-desireable based on the cost, but recently I had a quality issue that I reached out to support to help with and I was quickly dismissed. This experience will lead to looking elsewhere for my men’s clothing needs in the future, and I hope others have better experiences with Suit Supply customer support than I did.

Yoanie was incredibly helpful during my visit today. I initially came in just to browse after visiting another store, without any real intention of making a decision. However, when I started looking at suits and found a color I liked, she stepped in at exactly the right moment and guided me through the process. She asked thoughtful, purposeful questions that helped narrow down exactly what I needed. I originally had my mind set on a beige suit, but she clearly explained the pros and cons of different colors, including how certain choices are more seasonal while others are more versatile year-round. She also gave great advice on fit, including how the jacket and trousers should sit and the proper length. Based on her recommendations, I ended up choosing a suit different from what I initially had in mind, and I’m genuinely glad I did. The option she suggested is much more versatile and appropriate for a wider range of occasions, which makes it a far better investment. Overall, I felt heard, understood, and genuinely taken care of throughout the entire experience. Yoanie made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her expertise and guidance.
