Don’t let this be a reflection of the store or clothes - went in for a polo after work today and was in a rush. Found the polo, tried it on, and went to checkout and the associate asked me to create an account. Since I was in a rush, I politely declined and then associate lied and said she could not continue with the purchase if I did not create an account first. I literally bought a different polo the day before and Pedro made the process super easy. He did not ask me to create an account, he simply folded the polo, put it in a bag, and said I could swipe/tap my card when I was ready. This is a very small incident but I do not think lying to customers just to get their data is a good practice. Situation was small but the principle is everything!

Exceeded my expectations. I see why they have such a longstanding reputation for outstanding quality and service. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. I worked with Alexy. He was patient, attuned, and highly skilled at selecting clothes that make you look and feel great. I never felt pressured during the process. Pro tip: be prepared to try on clothes. Wear a white undershirt. Bring your favorite shoes, jeans, and a shirt to see how your new suit will fit into your wardrobe. And have fun!

This place is fantastic. Whether you’re buying off the rack, hard fitting, or bespoke. Yes, it’s a chain, and you can tell. But, I’d take quick, modern and effective service over old-school parachutes any day. Recommend Grant or Tyler.
