I have food allergies and was not allowed to customize my sandwich without specific permission from the manager who was not there. The employee stated that her manager forces her to make the sandwiches the same way they show on the menu. However the customer before me had two fully customized sandwiches, and my own 15 year old daughter went a head of me was able to customize hers. But I was not. I was told I had to have the tomatoes and onions - even though I'm allergic to both. I even told her I was willing to pay extra to substitute the veggies I wanted instead. I told her I didn't care the price, I wanted the sandwich made to order. Nope. Not allowed. And there was no manager on duty to speak with - I would have to wait for an unknown amount of time to speak with someone.
For one such as I, subway now is better than ever. Recreate your sadwich into a salad. Yum yum
This Subway is the worst I've ever been to. The lady working in the evenings is really rude and nasty. She did not want to get up from her chair and offer a service. Her demeanor was very condescending. I would say that "If you do not want to work in a job where you need to interact with people, maybe Subway is not the place for you to work at"
I have been to this location two times and both times, mixed messages and a lack of customer service abounded. The first time I came in, I was told to wait so that they could take care of an online order before the actual, physical customer in the store. It was a large online order and I was in a hurry, so I left without ordering anything. The second time, I ordered ahead online only to get to the store to find my order unmade and waiting while they made the orders of two physical people in the store before me - my app indicated that my order was ready for pick up as it had been placed 15 minutes prior. Talk about inconsistent customer service policies. I don’t blame the kind, and hardworking employees, they are just acting on whatever is told to them, but unfortunately, what has been demonstrated in the two times I’ve been are two conflicting strategies the affected the customer experience.
SERIOUSLY, HOW GOOD IS YOUR SYSTEM NOW?? IS IT NUMBER 1 YET? What is the point of that 24-hr thing? Friday early morning we went there to get something that I crave. The guy said that the system is down for maintenance. And now we went there again, same thing! He said something about system “reboot”. My co-worker was able to order during the morning and it was fine. If you will keep having this during the nights might as well just close the store instead of having a person there for nothing, or at least update your google info!
my basic turkey footlong was 21.50 + tip
To start, the music was a bit loud, and the person serving wasn't interested in speaking up. After getting food for the whole family, I asked for an extra cup for water, and I was told that I would have to pay over 3 dollars just for the cup. All the staff I interacted with seem to have some kind of attitude. I was like I wasn't welcome there. The only good this was that they could at least make a sandwich. But the experience left me feeling put out. Not returning.
Very unprofessional experience. I went to pick up my order on Aug 16 at 9 PM and was told it was out of stock, yet the app kept showing it available and even marked it as “picked up.” The staff was unhelpful, couldn’t cancel the order, and didn’t know how to mark items as unavailable. This outlet seriously needs to train its staff, and I still haven’t received any update about my order.
This is the 2nd time I’ve came here (with the 24 hour sign lit up) at about 3am & the “24 hour” store is locked and the guy points to the screen, then motions that it isn’t working. If you guys are not gonna actually be open and serve the public, why not just close the store? Don’t advertise that your 24 hours, then every weekend no one can grab food inside the 24/7 period.
Theres no point in pre ordering bc it wont be made early or by the time you get there. I've sometimes waited 20 min and it still isn't made when I show up, and it wasnt busy, there was no other customers there.
