I did not catch her name. But the woman who works on the weekends is AMAZING, she works by herself but always has a smile, is super kind and is very efficient at her job. Makes a great sandwich too and is one of the reasons I go to this subway.
The Seattle Subway locations all seem to be disappointing, and this one is no exception. They always seem to try and get away with giving you as little of toppings as they think you will allow, charge higher than average prices (they don't do the value sub stuff here, or at least not often), and the store is always a bit messy. Also, I don't know what they do to the ice at this location, but I swear it tastes like they added salt to the water before they froze it. I finally just stopped adding ice to my drinks as they taste nasty when it melts or you chew on an ice cube.
Food is good but they just need to keep their prices updated. If I'm going out to eat somewhere I'm checking the prices ahead of time so I know if I and over spending or not. They have no signs stating sandwiches of the day so I have to ask and unfortunately wat they tell me could be wrong sometimes so... What do I do??? 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ Otherwise food is good. I hold a high standards for business like this cuz they like their false advertising

Extremely rude staff. They lock the door well before the closing time and they were unwilling to give me my pick up order because I arrived 15 mins before closing time. Will not be ordering from here again.
Can we say sloppy sandwich making? I guess presentation is important to me! If you love a good sloppy messy made sandwich, this is your place. I don't know, call me OCD when it comes to food but I refuse to eat messy looking food. Food presentation tells you alot about the establishment and employees. When i have messy food presented food it tells me that the person that plated it, or in this case made my sandwich, was in a rush and could care less about the food they are sending out that is representing their business, their brand. The person doesn't really enjoy what they are doing and should maybe be working a different station, or a different job. As a business owner, I take pride in my work that I sell and show off. I love seeing my customers happy and enjoying my products, just makes me feel amazing. I literally unwrapped this sandwich and was super upset that I wanted to walk the few blocks back to have it remade but my lunch break was over. I took these photos and attempted to eat it but it literally was just falling apart and everything falling out. What a mess! Suggestion to you at Subway, take a little pride in your product that your selling. You don't seem to care about having return customers with the way my sandwich was made.

came by at 8:40pm and the person working wouldn’t let me in, presumably bc they were closing. But they advertise on google and with a sign on their door that they are open until 9pm. From other reviews it looks like this is a common occurrence. Please either update your hours or actually be open when you claim to be.
