I bought two wraps with tuna, and they put just two scoops of tuna in each wrap. I told that in other Subways usual filling is 4 scoops, because it goes as footlong. The seller said that I’m wrong. Afterwards I found the official answer of Subway account at Facebook, that in wrap there should be 4 scoops. Seller said that “oh, yeah, but I don’t like when it’s too much tuna inside!”. I have just one question - what the heck is going on? Never will buy anything here again.
Clean and fresh veggies, fast and good service by Indian person over there.
Nice Indian person working over there.
I ordered a #1 and asked for 3 extra vegetables on it, which no other subways have had an issue with. The old lady told me "I'll do it this time, but next time build your own. You can't change the menu" and was incredibly condescending. Since she was rude, I didn't leave her a tip and she had the audacity to ask "Are you sure you don't want to leave a tip?" and I said "Yep!". Didn't get her name, but I'm never going back to this location. I work in food service too and know it sucks sometimes, but if I talked to anyone the way she talked to me today I'd be fired in a heartbeat. Not to mention my small overpriced sandwich was half cooked and thrown into a bag like trash. Looking at some of the other reviews, I'm definitely not the only one who's experienced stuff like this happening here. Hope she loses her livelihood soon, and corporate needs to take care of this place asap.
The employees here have all worked here long time and it's obvious they're treated nicely. The produce for the sandwiches is always very fresh looking and they're happy to give you extra of everything with no complaint. Seriously the best produce out of all of the subways around here
After I had a medical procedure upstairs, I was looking forward to eating a subway sandwich after not being able to eat for 2 days. When my husband snd I got there, which was late afternoon, they were closed. Their business hours said they should be open. This also happened a few months earlier when I had taken my husband to a medical appointment. I didn't realize it was legal for a business to close whenever they feel like it. I'm sure we haven't been the only patients this has happened to. This is disappointing. They should be open during their posted hours.
Extremely horrible service.. the lady was extremely rude. I just request to change a gloves. And she went crazy talking to me so rude and ask her friend to make a sandwich for me. I was okey at that time but she was talking bad in Spanish which I did understand . I can’t even explain what she told me. Extremely disappointed. But the lady who made my sandwich was extremely helpful.
The workers are minorities and I am also a minority (asian), but they prioritized making the sandwich of the white person behind me. She was in the middle of putting veggies on my sandwich and told me to wait. She went on to grab the sandwich of the other customer and start putting veggies . I had to stand and wait till she finished the white customer sandwich. I didn’t want to cause drama so I didn’t say anything but that was rude. And I just don’t understand. You are colored yourself but treat your fellow colored people like we are less important than white people. Also, she put very little veggies and I had to ask to add more and she was hesitant. Terrible customer service.
Tried to get a sandwich today and the store was closed in the middle of normal business hours with a back in a half hour sign. They were not back in half an hour and I eventually gave up. This isn't the first time this has happened with this location either. Some poor woman was waiting for her online order she'd already paid for and was ostensibly ready according to the app. She said she'd been there for more than half an hour before I even got there.
Mysteriously stopped honoring the $6.99 footlong promotion. I got one at that price yesterday. Feels like deliberate false advertising and a bait and switch. I will be reporting to the WA State Attorney General. Thankfully I live in a blue state that actually takes this seriously. Edit: They do NOT put extra meat or 2x cheese on the subway Series turkey titan which is probably illegal but if you order online you aren't there to see it being made so you don't know until you've already left. The staff are always nice so I don't blame them at all. My hunch is the franchise owner is shady and makes them cut corners to pad his profit.
