Only hotel accommodation were good, nothing else.
The site seen program was decent and guide was super,the only objection I have is that Tokyo hotel location was very far from the city even though it was an upper class hotel.
I did a tour to Japan with Stunning a few years ago and it was amazing from beginning to end. I'm thinking of doing another trip with them.

Isamu,our tour guide who was always available & wiling to assists in any ways. She’s very knowledgeable, encouraging, positives, appproachable, friendly & easy work with. Tour touched on many iconic sites, but time contraints did not allow for full exploration. I met incredible people throughout the tour. I feel we became a family at the end, which makes it all the harder to say good-bye.
They put us in the dirtiest and cheapest hotels in Japan. Very little communication throughout. Very little was offered by the tour. Anything more you want to do cost extra. The turnover rate is very high among the staffs. There is disconnect with communication because of constant changes in staffs. Very disappointed after a long wait!
12 of us (Mostly Seniors) from NYC booked for a Japan trip travelling in April 2020. Because of Covid-19, the trip was cancelled. They told us that they were going to refund our money. We are still waiting for the completed refund since May. They are not responsive to our emails and calls, it seems like they kept our, as well as other's thousands of dollars and skipped town! Use them next time when you are travelling, if you want to go through same experience we are going through. To the owner, How are we going to communicate with you, if you are not responding your emails or calls for the past 2 months?
