Thailand/Hong Kong March 17-27 What should have been an amazing experience was rather like a hampster wheel. We were hither and yon. We decided to abandon the insanity of the forth coming one day a time trips around Thailand. We stayed in Bangkok and finally relaxed in the gorgeous hotel. Unless you want to be so exhausted that you can’t enjoy anything look else where.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are shady and crooks!! They have cancelled my trip to Japan for March 2021 and refuse to give me a flight itinerary or my money back, not only that but they are trying to charge me more money to cancel or postpone. I have reviewed them on YELP, the BBB and here and I will continue to attack their reputation UNTIL THEY MAKE IT RIGHT AND GIVE ME A FULL REFUND AND NOT A DIME LESS.
We booked a tour with them to leave April 2020...with Covid it was canceled. That was understandable, so we agreed to reschedule for November. Covid didn't allow the trip to happen. Then we agreed to wait til April 2021..and agreed if it got canceled we would get a full refund April 1, 2021. This tour business is ignoring our emails and not answering there phones! I guess its time to take legal actions.
This tour company was recommended by a friend and I was very happy with the service. Accommodations were very good and transportation was comfortable. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable which helped to make it a memorable experience.
Update: I received a full refund. Outdated post: I purchased and paid for a Stunning Japan trip and Japan was closed because of Covid. I have been now been waiting for over three months for a refund, and I keep getting told "by the end of this week" "by the end of the month" - I hate to leave a bad review, but be wary. This place is looking like a scam.
Super impressed with this company. Even though it took a little while, they reached out to me to refund me since the tour I bought did not happen. Was not expecting to ever hear back. This truly speaks volumes for the company and the management. Thank you guys! Hopefully I get to tour with you someday after all!
Overall a good trip. Peter is a really great guy. will come back for our next trip! Loved Japan!
Got my China Tour from stunning tours. They are very helpful and detailed so you won't miss anything. I will book another tour with them.
Day 1 was not picked up at airport in Japan Day 2 tour guide grabbed me shouted in my face as way of introducing him self Only downhill from there Tour company when contacted does not help left to the mercy of vendors and freelancers
Tour guide Cindy was amazing. She spoke perfect English. She was attentive and caring. Hotels were very nice. I noticed that two of the hotels were upgraded to 4 stars. Hotel breakfasts were fabulous with lots of selections. Will recommend the tour to friends and family.
