Went during the Mississippi street fair. The service was good even as it was extremely busy and they had an additional beer garden.
The food was SO below average. The caesar only had soggy lettuce with no flavor. The friend chicken was dry and the batter was not well made. The only good thing was the pretzel. We had 3 different servers in the span of our first 20 minutes there and were checked on twice. I don’t know how this is a popular place in Portland. Do not recommend
Took my 4 month old pup out to socialize - and my sister and I stopped at StormBreaker Brewing for a quick lunch. The patio was comfortable in 93 degree weather - and they brought my pup a dog bowl filled with water right away. The Goddess Salad was perfect, as well as their Tones of Home Ale. Thanks guys! A++
Walked in because it looked 👍. Tried to order at the bar and was asked to go sit and a server would help us. No servers to be found. Anywhere. Thank you so much StormBreaker for the brush off. When no one showed to take out order we left and went to the Psychic bar down the street. Best cocktails we’ve had so far in PDX.
Great selection of beers and food. I love their flights as well. Plus, if you don't like beer, they have cocktails and other drinks.
Quick stop in here for some beer and I was pretty pleased with it. I had the Obacus Stout, and it was a very good stout. Flavorful and bold. My wife got their Hazy IPA and I tried it as well, it was pretty good too. The location was cool, with great decor and seating inside and out. The logo is pretty cool, which means that all their swag is great. I picked up one of their signs and it's awesome.
If you are looking to host a private event in Portland, look no further than StormBreaker! We were looking for months for a spot to host a Friday night welcome event for our wedding and so many places we spoke with were either was flaky, expensive or couldn't accommodate 100 people, particularly in the case of rain. I found StormBreaker about a month before the event and they turned out to be perfect! They rented us their private room and reserved a portion of their enclosed/heated patio for us as well. We had a dedicated server for the party and ultimately didn't have to pay them anything for the space beyond the food and drink we ordered. They were super communicative and easy to work with in the lead-up to the party as well. I could not be happier about how the night went!
Great atmosphere, fun crew working. We had the Pesto Grilled Chicken sandwich and homemade Tomato Bisque and Grilled Cheese. For drinks we had The Godfather, which is Mississippi Red (abv 5.8% IBU 29) with a Barnstormer sidecar, and a glass of Raspberry Lemon Kettle Sour (abv 5.3% IBU 6) food was really good. Grilled chicken and pesto had great flavor and came with fries which were really good. Grilled cheese wqs super light and bisque was good! Drinks went down smooth and easy. Definitely will amde a point to come back!
I was really pleased with the beer selection, pricing, and atmosphere at Storm breaker. I tried their current hazy IPA, which was delicious, and enjoyed the outdoor seating. I would happily go again!
I visited Cathedral Park and was in the mood for fish and chips. Storm Breaker was surprisingly the only place open nearby that had some. The only option of fish they have is cod, and they serve french fries, not chips (there's a slight difference). However, it was quite delicious and satiated my craving. Thank you for the good service. 👍
