Don’t know what complaints are about. Second time here and unloaded in half hour. Good company to deliver!!!
Bad storage service, bad loading crew. I won't let you check in until the appointment time, and I can't unload the cargo until the appointment time. It's still waiting. They'd rather leave the dock window empty than serve you. They kept saying was busy.
Open @6 AM … but appointments start @7 AM They can get u early b4 ur appointment but sometimes No Overnite Parking not even on street
4:45p PU appt, I arrived at 4:20p & got a door immediately. Slide tandems, disconnect & pull forward. Took 30mins to load me. When you arrive, park along the dropped trailers across the dock doors and go to shipping office to check in. Do the same after you’re loaded to check out. Plenty of space & super fast loading.
I checked in right about 3 PM for 3:30pm appt. They gave me a door right away. You have to slide your tandems all the way back and unhook From your trailer. You can’t feel them loading the trailer and there are no red and green lights. So when the guy walked out to hand me the paperwork, I was surprised. It was very quick. You still have to go back to the front of the building where you checked in give them your paperwork so they can print out final copies for you. I think I was in and out in less than an hour, and they are really nice
Entrance from S 75th Ave. Gate opens at 6 am. Fast unloading. No overnight on facility, but you can stay at W Durango St.
Load by Appointment but long wait in line one by one to get inside for check in and out. They appreciate drivers n serving free drinks for them.
Came in for a live load 08:00 on a Saturday & was loaded at 08:50. They did a good job with not overloading on the drives with a 44,000 lb load.
Appointment at 1300....arrived 1251. Was given dock right away. Was loaded within half hour. Staff was really friendly.
They must make alote of money to have us drivers wait hours to get loaded and they are just smoking in the office watching tik tok
