Picked up a load here on 2/28/25 checked in at 12:25 for a 1pm appointment got door immediately was loaded and on my way in 50 minutes staff was super nice and on the ball wish I could load here every time I’m in the area!!!!!
I’m incredibly happy that I had the chance to work with this company! The loading process was very quick, and the communication was top-notch. The facility is spacious, and you can easily spot the company since the address and name are clearly written on the building’s facade. I hope to work with them more often in the future!
Underpaid warehouse employees this is a holding facility!, by far worst service ever,make sure you have additional 10 hours for loading. Arrived at 10 AM loaded at 5 PM. No one cares about anything whatsoever! Manager not managing. Will be back Never!
I have seen some goofy stuff in my career, the gate situation gets the award for dumbest thing i have seen. Drove to the entrance... entrance has a big sign saying to use Durango street. Durango has no access and no signs for States Log. Circling around puts you on a "No Trucks" street. Circling around ALSO gives you nothing new. I finally got rescued by Jose the manager on shipping desk who came after me on my second time on durango in his pick-up truck. Aparently a guard is supposed to watch for trucks and flag them down at the main gate. WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS?! SERIOUSLY WTH. Giving 3 stars because Jose is my hero. It's not his fault.
I was about 30 minutes early for my appointment. Check in was easy, they unloaded me in about an hour so I'm good with that. Lots of room so backing is easy. Only 4 stars because they have a lot of policies that get irritating. Slide tandems and drop trailer after you're in a door and pull forward. Just let us disconnect the air lines and put a lock on it if you're worried we're going to pull away. Overall though it was a good experience
I remember they would allow early checking, not anymore only 30 minutes before your appt.
"Drivers" Takes over 2 hours to get loaded. Warehouse personnel need to pickup the pace. Let's make America great again! 😁👌
To be honest, before I picked up the load from this facility I read the reviews, I was expecting to waste my time here,but i got loaded within an hour and 1 hour earlier before my appointment,may be I was lucky may be they got better after 1 star is missing because they don’t seem very welcoming and they don’t have restrooms,
Entrance is the northern access on 75th Ave. check in is at the end of the building nearest entry. No clear signage.
Pull in go past guard shack. Back into a spot on your left by the fence. Then walk into the shipper/receiver. Bathrooms and vending. Plenty of room to maneuver. Looks like you can park over night. In and out for a load in 45 minutes.
