Very lazy check-in stuff. Check in is 20 min per driver, always minimum of 5 ppl in line. If your more than 30 min before your appointment they will not check, you in. They put the paperwork on the back after loading and you go AGAIN in the office to print you BOL . You have to slide and unhook the trailer. Loading itself is fast.
I like the service but when get in to the door you park in your designated it door you have to Wait for to get unloaded my Appointment was 10:30 am and is 12 and nothing
Only appointment accepted Checked in at 6:00am, got the door right away and checked out at 6:30am. Great service and clean restrooms
The Check in door is located on your right side when you enter the yard. For pick up you need some information about load and ID.For safety you need disconnect trailler.
They open at 6Am. There is parking available inside but idk about overnight parking. My appointment was at 10:30Am checked in at 6 and got door.
35 minutes to check in (2nd in line), +3 hrs to load 18 pallets, and another 40 minutes to check out. Reading previous reviews I feel I am at a different facility altogether!
Office girl so nice ,I am 2 hour early ,they give me door right way .put paper work in bag ,put back of your trailer once get on dock ,they start unloading ,huge place ,easy backing up ,slide tandem, disconnect, just wait very fast fuu load 20 min.so nice
These guys here are bunch of career criminals. I wanted to check in few hours early was having sharp abdominal pain and they did not let me. Only 1 truck and all other 9/10 docks here empty. Employees standing around. Spoke to manager tall caucasian guy was a totally arrogant and rude. Told me i should of called the dispatcher. I did not feel comfortable here starting from the window. Why are they working here if they don't like their job

I'm delivering 10 am appointment Checked in got a door Docked at 1015 drop trailer pull forward Started unloading at 1215. They will bring out bols when finished They take advantage of the 3 hour before detention starts I'm guessing. Depart 1315 I will not serve them again Oh and lady at the window attitude blows Have a fine Day
Great experience for me The check in assistant at the counter was extremely helpful and quite nice. Not a norm at these types of companies. Got me in early, everyone does their job here. Excellent service
