Terrible services !!! I'm loyal customer of Starbucks and I was never treated like this! The crew at this store inside Jacksonville Airport near gate C6 is rude and careless with customers! Starbucks need to train better its employees, the "barista" served me a Iced Matcha Late without using the hand mixer ! When I said that was not the way to prepare, because the drink was white and with pieces of matcha inside, she said that was how it should look like !! 1 star because I can't give ZERO !
Absolutely horrible customer service. I order our drinks, the girl taking the order not really paying attention, I had to repeat the order. The young lady making the drinks, makes the wrong drink then gets upset with me and another lady waiting. Trust me you probably have some great employees, but the two that interacting with your customers today at 12:00pm were awful.
It took them 41 minutes to make my wife's coffee and then to realize they messed our orders up and charged us triple the amount,and even the manager couldn't even know how to return our money back!! This is ridiculous, they didn't even know how to redeem the discounts from the Starbucks app! First time here and it will be our last!
I don't expect to get the best Starbucks service at an airport but when a drink is made incorrectly and a customer service person rolls their eyes when asked to fix it and doesn't offer to remake it, there is a problem management needs to address. I was so irritated I ended up telling them to forget it and threw the drink out.
The staff was pleasant but clearly didn’t know how to make their drinks properly, and decided to just wing it. I ordered a venti shaken espresso and what I got was a venti cup of milk with maybe a single espresso shot poured on top. The drink was almost pure white in color. They added some additional espresso when I asked them to correct it, but I still did not end up with what I ordered. It takes a lot to get me to even ask for a correction, let alone leave a review, but this was surprisingly bad. Especially for the inflated airport pricing.
Kayla was at the register and offered a nice welcome as we placed our coffee orders and purchased a few other shelf items. The looks and emittance of the workers at the drink prep line were overall judgmental, unwelcoming, opinionated, surly, morose. The 3 star rating is for Kayla. 👍
Stopped at Starbucks on Monday, May 11th and Friday, May 15th. On both occasions I had the same employee take my order. She quite honestly could be the most miserable person I have met behind a counter. She was not friendly, did not understand a routine order and made no effort to hide her bad attitude. Management should have a sit down with her about customer service. The drink was good!

I’m guilty of paying over $10 for a coffee yes. However that coffee really should be worth the $10. The caramel macchiato I got was not flavored and the. Just sauce poured in I guess to add flavor. Sorry please do better. I know you are very busy but don’t compromise quality when we are paying a lot for a beverage.
