I got the shaken hazelnut espresso which has always been good. But when I got it, it tasted so watered down. I didn’t want to go back and ask for a new one since I had such a bad experience with the girl making the drinks. I had asked her for a water at one point and 10 minutes went by without getting some water from her. I didn’t even ask for ice. I printed her again and this time there was no answer. I was so thirsty after eating one of the Perfect Peanutbutter bars I really could have used some water and I was so nice about it. When one of the other girls came along, I asked her and she made some water for me right away. The other girl completely ignored me. She was an African American woman with a few blonde strands in her braids. It might benefit the company to have a conversation with her to button up her customer service skills.
What kind of store is this? Worst Starbucks location ever. An employee bringing her son and running around asking for the cake pop on the display?! The employee was on the phone all the time while mixing beverages for the customers. I ordered a Venti and the amount of latte she poured in was just a little more than half. Late for my flight I can’t wait anymore for her to add more while she’s on the phone.
By far the rudest staff members I've ever ran into at a location. When I asked a question to a staff member I was rudely responded with a snort, a rude look and still no answer. On top of them being OUT OF ICE for 24hrs while I had to do a overnight layover inside the airport Then while getting ready for my flight I politely asked if they were able to retrieve ice or any changes sense the night before. Which I was ignored multiple times until eventually leaving. I suggest to anyone who is traveling and want to continue to enjoy your Starbucks products to never attempt purchase here.
I recently ordered an iced caramel macchiatto with whipped cream and did not get what I wanted. The lack of attention to detail is incredibly frustrating, particularly when I, as a flight crew member, am looking forward to a meal or drink after a long day of travel.
I love Starbucks, albeit quite pricey. I’m willing to pay the price because the iced coffee, expresso, hot coffee and specialty coffee is always made exactly right and tastes delicious every single time! This is quite unlike other coffee shops where you still pay a lot but never know what you’ll get. Thanks Starbucks
Awful! So much attitude for the morning. They missed my coffee so I told them and showed receipt. She acknowledged but decided not to make, had to ask another girl to make. Then she did and put it in the line up of 8 coffees in front, knowing I was standing right there waiting for it for at least 20min. Not the right job for those girls, 6:50 flight and almost missed, not because of line but because of rude staff.
This coffee costs too much for them to mess up the orders. My last white chocolate mocha was so sweet it tasted like a hot chocolate vice a cup of coffee. Please follow your own ingredients.
TERRIBLE SERVICE ! I placed my order and waited 20 minutes. 10+ customers got their order before I got mine. It was ONE coffee. The barista simply skipped mine. She was snappy and rude to everyone. Once I got my drink (after I asked again) it was disgusting. Completely watered down. So upsetting.
The barista made my order wrong & I very politely asked her to double check if that is what I ordered, as to not offend her & keep it cute. She was extremely unpleasant & rude. Instead of remaking my order she filled up a cup with 90% milk and the coffee I handed back to her. Nobody is forcing you to work here, please quit if you’re going to be rude because nobody got time for your attitude! Will never return to this location & would not recommend it to anyone else.
When ordering I asked if they had the ham and cheese croissant and was told they do. They then called the slow roasted ham and cheese and said it was mine. Mind you this was a slow roasted ham, cheese and egg biscuit. I took it out to show her and she continued to say yeah that’s a croissant.. after arguing with her for a couple minutes she goes oh you’re talking about the “long one”... yes a croissant is longer and not round like a biscuit.. she goes yeah we don’t have that one, what you have is our ham and cheese croissant. No offer to get me something different they didn’t specify before hand that I would be getting their version of a croissant. Needless to say the workers here are rude and just don’t care.
