Small, overpriced coffee. Small Peppermint mocha for 8 dollars but it’s a custom small size. Smaller than small. Service was nice and quick though!
Horrible customer service, ordered a 6 shot Mocha (very expensive, but used to that as long as it's made well) Informed the lady I wanted to use a reward but still insisted that I must pay $8.50 on top of the $3.33 left on my app. Would not just delete order an start over, very rude
Wicked attitude by cashier. Would not say hello, would not ask me what I wanted. Just stared at me. Would not say Thank You. I went back an hour later and the same cashier was much more friendly, almost like she read my review!
Worst service of any starbucks ive ever been to.... and ive been to SB every single day for the last 18 years. Thats says a lot! They got the order wrong. They were bothered when i asked them to fix it. They all seemed to be moving in slow motion. Fire them all!
In the terminal. Upon receiving a black tea lemonade with white powdery CHUNKS in it, I attempted to return the drink and have it remade. The barista refused to remake the drink and was patronizing and condescending. I returned the drink and was not offered a refund. I had to request one after standing in line behind other customers. I will not be returning to this location when I travel in the future. Deplorable.
First time ever. Ordered 2 coffees then a blueberry muffin. They called my name (Tyrone) & there was only one coffee for us so we (my wife & I) told them & they made another coffee . My wife walked over to concession to fix her coffee & I waited for her muffin. They didn't provide the muffin for another 10-15 min later! They served probably 10 customers before my wife got lher darn muffin. Unacceptable.

Typical Starbucks menu, HORRIBLE service!!! Ordered a black coffe, after four customers got their orders (paid after me) I asked the barista for my order and she gave me an attitude. The gentleman before me asked a question about his coffee, her response "if that's what you ordered."😐 Good thing I don't typically fly through JAX. Note to self, buy ☕ at terminal C.
The employees were so sweet and extremely helpful when items were out/not sold at this location. Best customer service I’ve had in an airport location. Thanks for making my work day a little easier ✈️👩✈️

I'm absolutely blown away by the super quick efficiency & positive vibes of the two gorgeous women working the afternoon rush just now (~11:21 a.m.). I have never been to a more well run Starbucks in my life and with such genuine customer service! What a delight for weary travelers! Thank you so much, ladies! 💜🙏
