This is in the airport near the food court. I ordered ahead and it still took a good amount of time. I would suggest ordering before even going through security tbh. I also had to go back up and have my order made correctly.
Ran out of the dragonfruit, but that isn't an issue. Unfortunately after eating the tomatoe and mozzarella panini i got sick to my stomach. The food already looked questionable to include the strawberries put into my drink. I definitely will think twice about drinking from an airport Starbucks.
They didn’t have bananas to put in my strawberry banana smoothie and it was undrinkable. My hot, “slow-roasted” sandwich was frozen in the middle. They did replace my smoothie for a grande Frappuccino which was nice.
Much improved service since the last time i was here! The usual grate selection lineup of my favorite Starbucks products and coffees but .. they open 24 hours! Starbucks all day all!! AND SOME NIGHT AS WELL!
There are 3 Starbucks inside Jax airport. Don’t advise go to the one directly after TSA check point. We waited and they lazily didn’t open on time 5 AM although they were prepping since 4:13 A. They were laughing carrying on not caring about our flights unprofessional several people left the line
Very rude. It's in aiport and they'll take forever to give you your order. In my case they completely about my order untill I asked them the second time.
I ordered an the girl taking my order was nice the barrista said you want frap ... I have to charge you more she only charged you for hot .. I told her yes I asked for frap ... she got pissed off at me because all I said was I said Frappuccino...she stormed to back room came back out made frap ... I told her I would pay difference .. she wouldn't even talk to me by this point I asked other girl she said I don't know how to add it and the barrista slid drink over to me still not talking to me! Wow can you say attitude problem! I love Starbucks but I will never go to that one again if I see her there!!!!!!
They are obnoxious entitled and rude I have 100s of friends that travel for buisness and I will make sure to share this evaluation with every single 1 of them on every networking platform. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Absolute worst service!! Waited 30 minutes for egg bites and ended up having to walk away because my flight was boarding. Constantly waste money here because they never get the food out on time.
Don't waste your time or money. These people don't care. They will mess up your order and not fix. Literally the worst Starbucks in the world. Just wasted $12 and my husband complained and they didn't care.
