The slowest Starbucks ever. Used drive thru service, and we ordered about 5 drinks along with 5 hot breakfast items. We also asked for water, and the baritsa/ cashier said it's only 2 per car. We didn't argue about it, but clearly, we ordered a beverage and a hot menu item each (we were 5). But policy is policy which I get, but I think that's where customer service could have been expressed knowing we had a big order.
This location is always clean and looks brand new still, and the way they make drinks is always consistent. The staff are very friendly and they do a good job in knowing their customers’ names, what they drink, and a little bit about them. I always feel welcome in this Starbucks and this is the only Starbucks I will be going for.
Nikki is always smiling when she opens the window and is very sweet and kind every single encounter! Lydia usually makes my drinks and she makes them perfectly every single time. Thank you wonderful ladies for your hospitality!
I just walked over to pick up a hot chocolate. I arrived at the same time as three other ladies. We pulled the door and it was locked but there were people inside. We peered in and the workers behind the counter ignored us. We stood there a minute or two and finally a young lady walked over and opened the door to tell us they are short staffed and the lobby was closed. I suggested they put a sign on the door so she wouldn’t have to continue to tell others the lobby was closed and her response was rude and uncalled for. I usually make my own drinks and from today forward, I’ll do just that because I don’t have to pay high prices and be mistreated
Lady told me she was out of medium cups & venti so I was forced to get the largest size . and then she made me pay for it full price . drink was also watery . Starbucks if ur going to force me to get a big drink i don’t need why also charge me full price ? lady told me she could of filled it half way but didn’t give me the option while i was ordering it ? weird .
You're better off leaving base for your coffee run. You'll have more options, better service, and way less attitude. While the manager at this location was very professional, I can't say the same for the other employees.
This Starbucks is located on Gillis and Saratoga cross streets next to Vystar. It's super annoying the Starbucks pin is not correct on google. They give our their address like it's unique and not the entire bases address. 🙃
Stores looks brand new. Friendly staff, early hours for those getting to work and very clean. Mobile app needs to be include this location. The store had a sign for mobile app order ahead, but the app didn't indicate this location. Small glitch but not a big deal.
They can never get an order right unfortunately. I order a Java chip frap everytime and they add the cookie crumbles that go on the mocha cookie crumble. They need to relearn the menu and drinks. Today was the last time going to this location. Asked for a grande Java chip frap with two shots . When I got home I looked at my drink and it said mocha cookie crumble 1 out of 4 items. I obviously got someone else’s order. Not too happy considering I paid for the shots as well. Will start going off base to the target location instead.
Says dine in or drive through yet the doors are locked and they won't let you come inside to order. I work less than a block away and can't walk in. I would rate zero stars but it won't let you. Just lost my business!
