I see why people stop frequenting this Starbucks.......they are ALWAYS out of select breakfast sandwiches.....and for the past 3-4 days NO Nitro cold brew coffee......
This location on base offers a very good selection of Starbucks cups, the main reason I go there, they limit you to only buying 2 per day which is a huge downer. (Almost wanted to take away another star for this alone).****UPDATE****They have taken down the signs that limit the number of cups you can buy. But the selection is there. The location is clean, drinks are good. Drive-thru normally moves steadily.
This location is great, it is attached to the Vystar. The employees are always friendly and kind. Selection of items can be limited, i'm guessing because it's on base? But overall the service is wonderful. Lydia and Nikki are awesome, always on top of customer service and making excellence in products.
Every now and again they make my iced drinks hot but it seems to happen more frequently with online orders. 🫤 Staff is super friendly otherwise and the atmosphere is nice.
I was actually here 2021 and this place was nowhere like this, I think they did their renovation. It's more cleaner now and relaxing.
Cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have lived in most military bases in California but this branch is a top-notch. Staff is always friendly when I come and my orders always go out on time. Although on my first visit, they accidentally gave me the wrong drink on drive-thru but the manager, Nikki, was super nice and professional when I called the store. She immediately made sure that I get the remake of my drink right away. This branch definitely set up the standards for me and this is why I won't be coming to any other Starbucks. I'll give 100 stars if I could!
Active duty, training in the building next door for a week so I purchase coffee and lunch every day. I can't get a Large water? even offered to buy it. Staff are friendly and quick considering the foot traffic so this seems more like a management issue. Not to mention, I couldn't imagine anyone coming into this store finessing a large water for their own benefit aside from hydration. It's water. my wife has been a Starbucks supervisor for years and it makes sense for big city stores with a lot of homeless I guess. Pretty ridiculous I was denied such a simple request.
Always gets it right the first time and doesn’t waste any time. I only come here instead of off base. Not coffee related but always see my favorite cars while waiting a short wait!
They always put a smile on my face..the best service of any Starbucks I've been too. Drive thru is a bit tight for bigger vehicles but the juice is worth the squeeze. Its been part of my morning routine for a few years now. Highly recommend a visit. My only complaint is I'm not allowed to tip them as it would just go to the USO, and I think that should be changed. I donate to the USO already, but if I want to commend and show (monetarily) that I very much appreciate the crew and their work ethic I should be able to.
