Are you really open until 5 o'clock? I went there at 1:30 on Friday but I was told, "We're already closed!" and couldn't get inside.
I used to like going to this location as it’s conveniently located to my workplace. The staff was friendly- however, the last few times I’ve gone, I have been getting a different vibe. In addition to this, they have messed up my order a few times - but today was the last straw when I pointed out to the barista that she put a lot of ice on my drink and she said that “it is the standard”. I am not happy that I paid $8.00 for a drink that is more than half full of ice!
Very poor customer service. I do not recommend coming to this establishment. Wish there were more food businesses on base.
Corrected me when I said a large was the size I wanted it doesn't matter if you say grande or large it still means large get over it. It's rude and unprofessional. But what else do you expect from an on-base facility

The ladies at this location are very friendly, they take the time to get to know their regulars even when it’s busy the service is good.
