I went in and asked to use the restroom before I ordered and was told I couldn’t. I ordered a drink used the restroom and then returned the drink(too hot). I would also add that I am a African American man.
Light, airy ambience. Loved the high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows. A very different Starbucks experience. Friendly staff, as usual.
They allow non-service dogs to enter the restaurant without restriction. This is done knowingly and consciously by employees. This is a violation of the health code in the state of Oregon.
Poor service. Saw a black man here doing nothing, had a drink like he was supposed to, was told he was thrown out for "being aggressive" by the white lady behind the counter.

Staff is eager to make sure customers experience is positive. Even when a problem was not their fault they made an effort to make customer feel better.
This is by far, my favorite Starbucks to go to! One day I ordered my drink and food, and when I went to swipe my card, I found out that my bank account had divided. That day, one of the employees gave everything I ordered on the house. Everytime I go to this Starbucks, I leave with a smile. :) Thank you!!!
⭐ Starbucks Review ⭐ I visit this location often, especially since I own a business in downtown Portland. The customer service is consistently phenomenal—everyone is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is calm, with music that’s never too loud, making it a great place to study or get work done. While food prices have gone up a bit, the quality and service make it worth it. As a military veteran and former Starbucks partner from Texas, I truly appreciate the welcoming environment and strong sense of customer care at this store.
I just came here and ask for a free cup of water, and they told me no because you have to buy something. This is unacceptable a cup of water come on.
I REALLY tried to like this location because the staff is super friendly but I've gone on 5 different occasions and EVERY TIME my drink has been wrong and HORRENDOUS tasting. I'll stick with my regular location from now on
