I stop here almost every day en route to the office for the last year. The team is friendly and some remember me although not my drink. This is a high volume location, the drive through line can be long, and it is a difficult/dangerous location to get in and out of during peak traffic. The manager recently changed and this busy location has become slower to service you.
Pretty fast service but not a lot of room for the drive-thru. Got a breve one day and it was great but my nitro cold brew the next had no "cascade" on it (which is the nitro part and all my nitros at other Starbucks had it) and it tasted stale - - not sure what's up with that!
I understand a lot of businesses are having a really hard time to balance the work load while being short staffed during this time, so therefore they need to minimize what areas can be open (dining etc). However, could there be an exception for paying customers to use the facilities? Does is not pose even more of a public health risk by not having that available especially to the paying customers coming into your business, wouldn’t you want to promote washing hands especially if they are inside your establishment?
I love this place. They always get my order right and the people who work there are extremely nice. The only bad thing is around 7am or a huge Metro bus blocks the view when you want to exit from the drive thru. It's very dangerous and likely to cause a traffic accident especially for those who are suffering from anxiety or other issues.
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Good place to get some work done during the day. A little noisy during the rush hour as Elliot Ave is a mess at certain times of the day. Drive-through is fast and convenient.
I have been a long time on again and off again lover of starbucks. During the pandemic this Starbucks has been extra busy! Lots of drive thru orders with a long line usually. I would recommend ordering in advance online if you want to get your coffee hear a little quicker.
I have never met a better group of people than the people who work at this store. They are so nice so friendly ALWAYS smiling and just ready to help you start your day in an amazing way. I cannot even explain how much I appreciate all of them.
This Starbucks used to be my favorite. They had such nice people, one lady would even sing sometimes, it was awesome. However, something has gone downhill lately. The last 3 times I went through the drive-thru and ordered a vanilla latte...pretty easy drink. Except all 3 times, there has not an ounce of vanilla at all. So disappointing.
I work a block from that Starbucks and I love the guava passion fruit they make. Every time I visit, staff is helpful and kind. One day they were out of guava passion fruit and somebody made me the dragon fruit drink and proves they are kind and care about costumers. If you are around this area you should stop by. Due to covid, I strongly recommend you use the drive thru plus they don't provide seats of the same reason.
At this particular Starbucks, I was unimpressed with the lack of attentiveness that was demonstrated by one barista when after I retrieved my mobile order, the barista ignored my request to have the bathroom code, looked me in the face and then proceeded to wait on some other customers. Did I forget to mention, that just prior to that, when I retrieved my mobile order, she gave me a questioning look as if I was not the rightful recipient of the drink in my hand!
