Quality construction, quality people! Very accessible and quick to respond. Stamm Development Group is an exceptional property management group. It is a pleasure doing business with Stamm.
Had us move into a building that didn’t have its permits set up, the building-wide fire system was faulty for several months after we were living there and caused us to have to evacuate on an almost weekly basis, The building was advertised with a green roof and elevator, both of which were not actually available until several months into the lease, plus i personally got stuck in the elevator for 2 full hours with no appropriate response or acknowledgement from SDG and then the elevator broke again within a couple weeks showing they had no intention of actually addressing the problem
We have been living in our apartment with Stamm for over two years and we love it! Jarred is super responsive and easy to work with!
Stamm is dedicated to working with civic organizations to ensure that their projects will contribute to the communities in which they locate. I was impressed by their willingness to listen and to make this a priority!
Jarred was so fast to help us our Latch issue. He came a few hours after the maintenance request which is unheard of! He was also extremely nice and professional.
Overall, a positive experience. The move-in and leasing experience was easy, communication was transparent and any issues with the property were resolved in a timely manner.

The HQ is a great building! Everything is brand new and very nice. Jarred, the building manager, has been responsive and very friendly. I am very happy to be living here.
Top notch in everything they do whether it is a rental or home for sale, this group only produces the best. Highly recommend!
From my initial tour to officially executing my lease, Stamm Development Group has been a pleasure to work with. My apartment at Fairmount Flats has far exceeded my expectations!!
