I can't say enough good things about the leasing team at Stamm, they are so professional, patient and helpful. My entire move in process was so easy from application process to multiple tours of the same apartment. I am so glad I stumbled on the rental listing when I did, it was the perfect timing for me. I really like that the building have made it a priority to keep the hallways, elevator, and downstairs common area clean - it's always a good start to my day. Highly recommend this team!

Stamm Development Group has two properties listed for lease on Zillow, however when you call the number listed and try literally any of the menu options all you get is "the voicemail box is full, goodbye". Have tried calling daily since Monday and it's always the same. If this is how they treat prospective tenants can you imagine what getting maintenance to fix issues would be like? Absolutely won't consider anything from this company going forward.

The move in process was quick, easy and completely painless. All the directions were emailed in advance, mail keys, info folder and such were left with a bottle of champagne on the kitchen island. We had one maintenance issue which was resolved within 12 hours, so no complaints there. We want to thank Stamm for really trying to work with us throughout the process of leaving our lease early. For background, my fiancé received a job in San Francisco that we had believed could stay remote for the year. But due to California moving from red to orange (in COVID-19 cases) we were required to move. The forfeit fees when breaking our lease by the company who owns our building (Stamm is the leasing agency employed by the owners) were a lot for a young family of three (parents in their 20’s). As San Francisco has an average 2 bedroom price of $4,100 in an area with a decent school, forking over first months, last, deposit, moving fees as well as penalties for breaking the lease…well it would have been impossible to produce. I want to thank Natalie of Stamm Development Group for really going to bat for us and bringing it to a place where all parties felt satisfied. The way everything was handled was very professional and I felt as though our concerns were heard and most importantly understood. I would recommend Stamm to anyone looking for a new home. They are very attentive and followed-up quickly to all concerns. If my fiancé had not received a job that took a big leap forward for his career, we would have remained in our apartment in Philly. It was clean, up to date and at a fair price. This review was not solicited, but is the result of feeling understood/respected even as a departing resident.

Stamm has been one of the most disorganized and unprofessional real estate management companies I have ever dealt with. Getting the terms of the lease agreement, something that should be pretty simple took several attempts to get right. They routinely tried to enter our unit with less than 24 hour notice, and the neglected to inform the tenants of our building that the electric was going to switch to being individually metered resulting in several hundred dollars being withheld from our deposit due to unpaid PECO bills. Avoid at all costs.

I haven’t lived with Stamm for almost 2 years now however they are still billing my account. My account now has up to $300k in “rent and late rent charges.” I do not live there and do not owe this. I’ve emailed Stamm 5 times and have not got a response. I called them and of course their mailbox is full. They’re impossible to get ahold of and provide sub par service.

We had a great experience with Stamm. Anna Aristone is dedicated and clearly prioritizes her clients specific needs and requests. She guided us seamlessly from our viewing through move-in and even checked in with us after to confirm all loose ends were tied and addressed. I could not recommend her more highly.

Highly recommended Stamm Development! My every experience with them on multiple projects has been exceptional - utmost quality and support. Stamm Development approaches their business with a great deal of energy, professionalism and thoughtfulness. Having seen first hand, their commitment to delivering high quality craftmanship and luxury is a hallmark of their work. Further, they take the time to invest in their community through many charitable venues, such as schools, scholarships, food pantries, and much more. They are committed at a very high level to the real estate industry and the communities in which they invest.

I have lived at stamm apartments for 5 years. Many of us have complained about the our living situation. There are so many rodents and roaches in the units and common areas. There is no end to them. Homeless people are always outside waiting to ask tenants for food and money. Cars in the parking areas have been broken into and violated. Maintenance is nonexistent. This is not only at one building. This has happened at each of the 4 buildings I have lived at under Stamms management. Emails are ignored. Responses are always along the lines of “please tell us how we can improve” but with no action thereafter. Stay away from Stamm managed apartments. You will only suffer.

I have been a resident of a Stamm property since 2019. Over the years, there have been a few issues but more often than not they have been minor. I have had some issues with non-resident cars taking my assigned parking spot and a leaky pipe but outside of those two issues the rest have been small and relatively easy to fix. From my experience, working with Anna from the leasing department has been incredibly helpful. On both of the larger issues, Anna was able to find resolutions that were both quick and effective. What really stands out to me is her ability to jump into areas of the business that I can’t imagine are directly related to leasing to help current tenants. Overall, it has been a very positive renting experience with Stamm and outside of a couple of minor bumps has been very painless.
