Dillan Straabe was the salesman whom I came in contact with when I contacted Solar Energy World. He was and is always available when I needed information or had questions. He is the reason I had solar panels installed on my home. A true professional. I recommended him to my neighbors without any reservations.

This summer I contacted with Solar Energy World for Solar Panels on my house. The sales associate Nick was fantastic through the whole process as well as everyone else I came in contact with from the company. The system is up and running and producing energy as promised. I am a retired engineer; some companies were promising output that I knew would not happen. Solar Energy World did not oversell and I got what they promised. A great experience all around. I'm a little sorry the install is complete as I will miss Nick. He treated me like a friend not just a customer.

I had an amazing experience with Solar Energy world, I had no idea what I was getting into but I wanted to go solar and save money. Sean Grieves was my point man from start to finish! We did a video call and powerpoint that answered all my questions and broke down the whole process and it happened exactly how he said it would. I was skeptical on how I could get all this going with no money down, but I didn’t pay a cent til they were installed and flipped on. The whole way threw the process everyone was down to earth and easy to ask questions too and on time, from the estimate guy to the install crew. It is working great I haven’t had one issue with the system or the apps yet! My parents and my brother recommended them to me and I highly recommend this company to you! I thought I would save some money on my electric bill but I haven’t paid for any electric since the first month and even made back money to cover most of the monthly panel payment. It’s pretty cool being less reliant on the energy market and good to the planet and I am very glad I did it with Solar Energy World

Jamel Smith was very professional, knowledgable, stayed on top of everything and kept us in the update timely. Jamel was also prompt answering any questions we had on the design and process of installing our solar system. The fact that he took care of the whole process provided us such a peace on our minds knowing things are in great hands. The installation crew were professional and efficient finishing the installation in less than 2 days despite the snow on the roof still. They left after thoroughly cleaning up. The whole process happened much faster than we initially expected & Solar Energy World took care of everything from start to finish ! They also offer 1 free uninstallation of the panels & reinstallation within 10 years in case the need of roof change. Solar Energy World exceeded our expectations! Dillian was my sales person and he was great. Everything he promised came to pass. The installation went very well and the people were professional. I have zero problems with my panels and I am able to see the electric generation in real time. I definitely recommend Dillian of Solar Energy World.

The process of getting panels installed was as painless as I could hope for. Lots of moving parts and different organizations to coordinate with. Bryan Gardellis was my rep, absolutely no nonsense and straightforward to work with. We ran into a bunch of setbacks and changes, not SEW’s fault, and he was proactive about communicating and getting the project back on track. The whole team behind my project was solid. Highly recommended.

Sean helped me with my solar and I must say it’s the best thing I did. Any questions and concerns I had he addressed immediately. They communicated with me every step of the way from the permits to installation. I would recommend using Solar Energy World if you are looking into Solar panels.

Quality of products and installation is perfect BUT they are not the most truthful. The installation crew did a great job, the had to cut two good size holes in my roof and drywall in the ceiling. The crew leader explained that they it is not necessary on most hubs but my house is one of the few that needs it. He also explained that they have a finishing crew that would repair the damages. When it came time for repairs, I called the salesman. He pointed out that the contract I signed specifically excluded any damage. I believe the crew was not aware of the hidden loophole.

This is a great company and I really enjoy my solar panels and they are saving me a lot of money but if you have to deal with the salesman with the name of John Roberts you are SOL and are better off paying a few dollars more to go to another company than deal with his rudeness and unprofessionalism. He treated me very poorly and actually canceled an appointment the morning of.
