From the beginning, Carson took the time to clearly explain all of the available options and guided me through the entire process, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. The installation team was professional and efficient, and they went above and beyond by helping me get set up with SRECs so I can receive financial credits for the energy my system produces. They also quickly resolved an issue I was having with the Enlighten app, where exported power credits weren’t displaying correctly. Overall, excellent communication, strong technical knowledge, and great follow-through. I highly recommend Solar Energy World and Carson’s team in particular to anyone considering solar.

Had my panels installed about two years and they are working just as advertised. The process was painless. Solar Energy World did everything from design, permitting and installation. The Best part was the very low pressure sales process. A few months ago i committed to having solar panels installed at my home. After meeting with 6 vendors and digesting all the information i decided to use Solar Energy World. They provided a very high quality solar panel which produces exceptional wattage. Because of my lifestyle we needed a high output panel so that entire roof was covered in panels. The company representative Anthony Williams presented a very competitive proposal. The company handled all the design work, permits and provided communication to me along the process. Today the installation crew did the install and they addressed some of my concerns and did a great job. Looking forward to the final inspection and switching the system on.

While Solar Energy World didn't give me the cheapest price on the market, they gave me a quality of work that made every penny worth it! From the beginning, my representative Kevin gave me all the information, and took into consideration my needs. After that, they helped guide me through each step of the process, (waiting for inspectors and PECO is always a process). Finally, with SEW's qualified installers, I knew I was going to get the job done right. If I ever install more panel, I know who I'm going to call again!

Overall, we had a positive experience with Solar Energy. The installation process was fairly smooth from start to finish. While there were a couple of issues that required the team to come back out, what really stood out was that they stood by their work and took responsibility for correcting everything promptly. He did an excellent job guiding us through the paperwork, permits, and rebate applications, which can otherwise feel overwhelming.
