Working with Carson and the team at Solar energy world to get our solar system installed was effortless. On the first meeting with Carson he walked me through exactly what our house would require and all the options to make it happen. Installation and inspections to have the system up and running was all taken care of by the amazing team. The communication from the whole team is second to none, Carson was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. If you or your family are thinking about going solar I would only recommend Solar Energy World to do the job.

Our Salesman Sean Grieves was extremely knowledgeable of their product and offered our best approach for Solar with very attractive benefits. He made it clear on both options whether to lease or purchase so my wife and I could make a long term decision that fit our lives. The installation crew impressed us with their work ethic, cleanliness, and manner. It was great that what Sean(sales) sold us matched what was installed with the same energy of appreciating our business. I highly recommend this company. Side note: There are no Subs. From the very first conversation to the final installation, Alex guided me through the entire process with clarity, patience, and professionalism. He explained every step in detail, stayed responsive throughout, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The whole solar journey felt easy and stress-free because of his support. I researched many companies and am so glad I went with Solar Energy World. I had a full system including a battery installed. Alex Reyes was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job insuring everything went as planned. Solar Energy World really does come as advertised, providing excellent equipment and service. Everyone from Alex to the installers and the inspection team has been a pleasure to work with and the final product is both aesthetically and functionally as promised.

I had a very good overall experience with Solar Energy World. Dillan Straabe, the salesperson, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer questions. He guided me through every step and made sure I clearly understood the process. The transition between stages was very smooth — from the initial conversation, site survey, contract, HOA approval, installation, inspection, energy audit, and all the state paperwork. I also received all the assistance I needed to set up the Enphase app and prepare the pre-steps for my state tax return, which I really appreciated. I especially want to thank Jim, who went above and beyond. He fixed all the holes and wall blocks that the installation team had left for later repair. He also took the time to clean up the mesh left on the lawn and roof and apologized, even though it wasn’t his responsibility. That level of care really stood out. The only downside was that the installation team seemed a bit rushed. Initially, they ran piping outside the roof without fully analyzing whether it could be routed internally, which didn’t look great. After discussing it, they corrected most of it, although a small portion is still visible outside. Overall, it was a good experience, the system is working well, and I’m satisfied with the results. I would recommend Solar Energy World to others considering solar.

Solar energy world installed my panels last fall. They are working perfectly. Overall it was a very smooth process. I worked with Steve Fulginiti who kept in constant touch with me throughout the process and walked me through everything. He was a pleasure to deal with. I went with them because they are owned by Comcast so they are a reliable company who are very stable.

Victor D. was an A-One customer rep, very responsive. Installation team was fabulous. I was worried about Comcast connection - and rightly so. Anything Victor/team could address themselves was dealt with quickly. Otherwise... It's about a month since PTO, however system did not produce consistently until recently. IMO too much reliance on apps, rather than system design.

Had a great experience with the end to end process with SEW. From learning all about solar with our sales rep Liam and all through install. I really liked how he did not pressure me to go one way or the other as other companies and their sales reps seemed to be forcing me into something from the start. I appreciated how SEW handled all the steps and kept me informed. Looking forward to the spring time and summer to see it in full action.
