I'm happy to see so many great reviews regarding Andrew! He was the most helpful person in our entire process of moving overseas. We live in a tricky location, and he took the initiative to figure out how we could unload easily. He ended up hauling our crates over our drive bridge and up our (steep) driveway. He even loaded the crates directly into our garage. He really saved us- I have a bad back and it was pouring down rain. I'd been dreading this experience for weeks!! Big props to Andrew for the help.
The staff at the distribution center was super friendly but I never would have had to know that if they would have gotten the delivery to us on time.
This place needs signs for drivers to find their way. No sign as to where the check in office is located and the front gate will just open without telling where to go. The office is in the back, middle building where the propane tanks are located.
Scheduled delivery but it was then delayed. I was never contacted about arranging another delivery time. Two weeks later I finally call about it and they can't find it. Terrible communication, terrible service.
Very dissatisfied with their lack of service. I have not been able to get my items delivered. I have informed them that I need a early morning delivery and they keep scheduling afternoon deliveries. I have tried to contact the local but can only talk with the customer service in another state. I have request that my supplier not to use them anymore.
They have a tendency not to show up for pick ups and do not call to let us know. Therefore, my warehouse guy sits around on overtime waiting....... and I have to call to get it re-scheduled anyway. UGH
I had a great experience there. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Quick drop and hook. The shipping clerk was fast and efficient.
Horrible shipper, poor communication all around. Very dysfunctional business. As a small business owner I would never recommend this shipper to nobody. My distributor has dropped them as well and has had multiple problems with their scheduling and long long waits for delivery.
Unfortunately, my distributor continues to use SAIA even though they have only been on time once in two years. Every other time, one to three days late. Not due to weather or anything out of their control. Simply due to poor effort by drivers and terminal operators. Always excuses and never an effort to fix the problem.
