Brad from Indy saved the day here with a late night Friday delivery. I was able to get item set up that night and installed at the customer over the next 2 days. - The last missing star? Please work on being more pro-active in contacting/notifying/rescheduling. Very difficult to reach on the phone.

Horrible experience. Im not sure how a company so disorganized can still be in buisness. Wasnt notified that my package arrived and was waiting on me to call them to set and appointment up, i just so happened to check on the tracking and it arrived almost a week before. They tried to throw storage fees on me but i wasnt about to let that happen when i was never notified it was even at their facility. Only positive was the delivery driver was a nice guy and was willing to wait until someome could get to the house because nobody at the shop bothered to tell him to call ahead so he wouldnt have to sit. Absolutely terrible company. Will never ship through these people again. Id rather carry my packages on my back next time.

Scheduling agent said shipment would be here by 1pm, tracking said it would be here by noon. Driver called near 2pm and asked if I wanted it today? It wasn't loaded on the truck in the morning, and "they don't usally go out twice on Monday". Thought it was just a half day off work, turns out to be a whole day. Of course I want it today! I received the shipment in good condition. Had business with them 1 time before, years ago, same issue. Good luck. Don't settle for excuses. No need to be abusive to the drivers though.

No problems at all. Quick easy drop and hook. Easy entry. Nice and roomy although trailer spots are a little tight. Did the Indy terminal and the Fontana terminal. Indy is even bigger better.

This was the WORST experience ever with a trucking company! They were supposed to deliver a pool to my house. The first time they sent a semi truck which is too big to deliver to my drive. The next truck went to the wrong entrance and trucker refused to bring it back saying it was undeliverable. If he had called before he was in the neighborhood I would’ve directed him to the easy way to us. It is deliverable with the pup truck that was supposed to come. They made the decision to say it is a dock pickup or they are shipping it back, at which I will have to pay for something that I didn’t receive. Horrible service.

They Don't Pick up the Phone. Work Ethic is Horrible.. Very Insecure people that will treat you like a Criminal, when you have to pickup a product. When the only reason why you have to pick it up, is that they were too lazy to schedule an appointment for delivery. And Yes NO One picks up the phone. Call Corporate first and have them Email the Terminal Manager and everybody there and then maybe, you might get a call back.

My item arrived at the Indianapolis terminal yesterday morning. I received a call yesterday afternoon to schedule the delivery today. The driver called before arriving, and was extremely helpful and polite! I am VERY pleased with the experience I received! Super fast delivery! Thank you so much!

I was a little concerned about the delivery of our hot tub, as it was due to be delivered while I was at work on a busy day that didn't allow for me to take a lunch break. My wife (see recent review from Amber) was home, but I wasn't expecting her to assist in the delivery of a ~300 pound hot tub, and with no viable way to get it from the front yard to the back due to logistics I had concerns it would just be dumped on our sidewalk and left to fend for ourselves to try and get it to where we actually wanted and needed it. Andrew actually took the time to look up our address on the map, used critical thinking (and common sense) to deduce we in fact did not want it delivered in our front yard and on the side walk with no viable way of getting it anywhere, and actually went the rare extra mile to help us out and deliver it to the back side of our property where we needed it. 5/5 stars, perfect customer service and a shout out to him for his customer service!

Delivery driver Andrew is Amazing! He went above and beyond to get my super heavy package down the alley and into my Driveway since the truck wouldn't fit! It was all his plan, he parked close to the alley and called saying he just knew I would want it out back and not dropped in the street out front! Absolutely perfect service!
