Good place to deliver, even said I could park overnight. The only complaint is they had no lights on the docks they put me on, and no one came out to tell me they were done. I sat there for almost 2 hrs empty cause I didn't want to just pull out.
Easiest place to get loaded! Enjoyable experience!
An average of 5 to 7 hours to unload 10-15 HVAC units. Must be union working. Horrible timing for the Friday unloading. Pack ur lunch and snacks acoording.
From P/U-DEL standpoint. Awesome. Couldn't ask for a better experience. In and out in 18 minutes. Could even be faster if the fat man that bust and hooks the sets would work quicker. Since that fat man is me. I can tell you for sure, it ain't gonna happen.
Best Experience for my 16 years driving experience. Fast Loading. Neat and Clean Terminal. Easy in n out. Attentive and Courteous Shipper and Receivers. Fantastic
Appointment time 10.30am arrived at 09.40am only to find out they don't have a unloading crew until 1 pm as a motor carrier I have a responsibility to arrive on time this company has no responsibility to have a crew for receiving of freight WOW always check if you are delivering here don't take the load if you are.
Terrible experience and will NEVER use this company again if I have a choice. Shipment has been ready for delivery since last Thursday and no one has answered the phone any time I call. Someone called this morning (Monday) while i was still asleep and I’ve been attempting to return their call (called 10 times today) no answer at ALL. Terrible service.
I would give less stars if I could. I tell my customers to NOT send stuff from them. We are missing things, getting other peoples medical equipment etc. I have told a HUGE company about their parts getting lost, damaged etc and I have been instructed to NOT send OUT anything through SAIA. Avoid.....
New facility. Push the call box button after hours and they open the gate. There is a phone number on the glass door directly infront of the gate too call. They sent me around the backside of the building. You will see some racks filled with propane tanks. Stop there and there will be a set of stairs next too them. Go in there to the receiving window. They will direct you where to drop your trailer. I found very few trailers from other companies. They had a few outside the main gate in the parking lot. So if you are with a different company assume you will need too go somewhere else if you need an empty.
I track the item and the info states delivery between 08:00 and 14:30 but it doesn't show up. They phone me at 4:17pm EDT to arrange shipping and leave a message. I call a few minutes later, no answer. I call the next day, a dozen times and they don't answer the phone. The IVR system tells me there's a long wait for an operator, so I wait for a long time and get the call dropped. I feel they don't ship goods, they just keep them. Of the many trucking companies I've dealt with, this is the worst service. The item was at the destination terminal within a day and has sat there ever since.
