My boyfriend and I went here yesterday and had an unpleasant experience with a cashier, her name was “Laura” she was extremely rude. My boyfriend and I paid seperately and I got through faster than he and while I waited for him I saw how rude she was also being to all the other customers. I never want to shop here again, we just moved to Ft. Worth and I love Ross but she ruined my first day here. Y’all should have a serious talk with her because y’all have just lost a customer and probably many more due to her rude behavior.
Yay! I achieved everything I wanted. I was in town visiting for a wedding. First off the greeting at the door was very pleasant. I spent around three hours just browsing. I purchased the bedspread I've been wanting so much. I also got the bride and groom their gift. Pretty much all I needed to shop for anywhere today. So yeah pretty good deal okay. Thanks Ross!
Clean and options available. Which makes the kids shop for more things. But no where for the parents to sit. The only open couch was not allowed to be sat on. Its meant for an in and out trip. Not a big shopping trip. They would like more spending make it more comfortable for clientele.
The store isn't the problem is the employees , working in retail is very demanding and you have to have the best attitude and customer service possible regardless of anything else that might be affecting that . Today while I shop my kids under 5 ran around me while looking at the Tupperware an employee scream " STOP RUNNING " I hear but in shocked didnt believe what I heard my oldest came and stated what happened back to me and asure me she was directing to him and his younger sibling I kept calm but notify the manager on site about the lady in charge of the dressing room behavior It wasn't appropriate and although what my kids were doing wasn't right she could've addressed it differently or addressed her concern to me directly.
It’s not often that I take the time to write negative reviews. I’m really not happy. I came to return some things and the store manager was very rude. I wanted to exchange some things, buy new items, and get the rest of my money back. I had the receipt, however, I had a new debit card. The manager states I would have to take store credit because they can only refund to the original card. I explained that wasn’t what I wished to do and asked for other options. Every question I asked she didn’t know the answer to and said to call corporate. She told me I had 20 seconds to decide if wanted a voucher at 11:33p. Her name tag was on, but she had her hand covering it up. When I looked up again only the lanyard was hanging. She stated her name was Kim only after she had taken her name tag off. When I asked Liz, the associate who was originally checking me out, the name of her manager, she started to stutter and just repeated my question. The manager slammed the doors as we were walking out. I did take a picture as they all stood around laughing and talking about me as I was leaving the parking lot. I’m not pleased at how the “manager” acted and I spend way too much money with Ross and my investments are with Vanguard. No one deserves to be treated this way. I literally spent over $1,000 in 2 weeks.
Wonderful store EXCEPT the employee Allie ..i strongly feel that she is a racist individual ,who doesn't deserve to work at this location(or any job in general)..dont you ever look at anyone of color.. black , hispanic ..etc and snarl and say "its gonna be a long day" .. then laugh and get other Caucasians to laugh with you ..cause what makes you laugh will also make you cry! I did tell the manager but i will be calling corporate as well !. She needs to learn to shut her mouth and work , all attention isn't good attention!!!!!!!!!!!.✌🏽My black is beautiful ❤️
I have visited it's stores across various cities and have had a very good experience. They have a wide range of goods . Perfumes , bags, footware, belts are a real value buy here.
The only store I will ever need to buy all my clothes. They have the top name brands without paying expensive outlet prices. I absolutely 💯♥ love shopping here!

Ross has good products at a good price. I just wish people would have better manners and teach their kids some manners too. I see lots of kids opening and messing with stuff they shouldn't. And adults dropping clothes they dont even bother picking it up. leaving items all over the place. And we wonder why our kids are the way they are.
