Found a nice sweater. The shoes isle is always a little slim when I come, wish I knew if there was a specific day for shoe restock. As usual I had to stop and check out the snacks on the way out and was stuck between two snacks (pics shown)....I chose gummy bears, lol. On another note, the store is clean, orderly and kind staff.
Store is clean but the shelves seem pretty empty. There's lots of clothes. Fitting rooms and restrooms are closed due to the virus but it's very inconvenient.
Their security thing didn't make sense to me. Loss prevention is at the exit door right next to the only checkout counter with only one cashier. I checked out, walked less than 10 feet, and she checked my bags. I'm just saying, be more strategic with your checks; this one doesn't make sense.
I liked this Ross, great location for shopping discounted brands.
Really nice selection of stuff. It's also in a great part of town. Good amount of parking too! There are other stores within walking distance as well.

Been coming here a long time I have lived in area a long time. Needless to say my fun shopping experience turn into a bad taste in my mouth very quickly when checking out and one of the security lady’s was extremely rude to me even after I was nice enough to ask her if I was in the way and move my buggy for her. When she walked back by she bumped into me and said nothing. Then went over to the dressing room area by the front door where she was dancing and being very unprofessional with other guests. You all need to go over manners with the people working in this store.
Only 1 dressing room at the front of the store is open and 8 people are waiting to use it. Extra workers at the front talking meanwhile customers are frustrated. Zero customer service
Me and my daughter went to Ross for the first time we didn’t want to leave they had everything we ever wanted in there the workers were awesome and sweet the clothes and shoes and everything was amazing please if your in Fort Worth Texas come by and visit you want be disappointed it’s the best department store in town today Ross you guys get 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥇🥇thanks for being the best
☆**UPDATE: a very well oiled machine while closing. shoes were actually extremely organized. ha 😱 OPEN TIL 11:30PM !! 😁 the Mens selection was definitely sizeable but a bit repetitive like they'll have 5-6 of the exact same t-shirt (maybe I'm just used to a small town Ross tho) def well-organized for such a large store, I'll def give em that.
