Lots of really nice stuff. Got a great deal on a chair & entry table. Loved it!
Usually this Ross is nice and clean with good selection. The store was unorganized, and that made it hard to focus. I did find a really cute Halloween mug.
The fat hispanic girl with the crunchy dyed reddish mud color hair always gives me an attitude. I don’t know how she is still working there… horrible customer service.
I always seem to find just what I was looking for at a bargain... Only thing is you have to sift through stuff to find the treasures hidden amongst all the other things... That's okay with me cause I'm saving anywhere from 50% to better than 75% off department store sale prices...
You can find some really cute stuff in here, but you have to be willing to pick through a lot of junk. This place reminds me of a Pick n Save! I have to be in the right frame of mind to actually be able to sort through everything until you can find a treasure!
Customer service much?? I literally stood outside in 20 degree weather for 10 minutes past opening, there were employees outside who were clueless as to why the doors were locked, I heard them say they open at 9. When someone finally came to open the door I was blocked from entering and told “We’re not open yet you can’t come in” I asked “you don’t open at 9?”. She said “We don’t open at 9 we open at 10”. I looked at the door and it says they open at 9, not 10. “She said we don’t open at 9 today we’re opening at 10”. I told her all I had to do was retrieve a package from the Amazon box and I’d be in and out and she still wouldn’t let me in. If you’re going to change you store hours at least PUT A SIGN ON THE FREAKING DOOR so your customers aren’t standing outside freezing just to get turned away when you open the door.
Every Tuesday we go to 3 Ross stores. Not only for the senior discount, but also because there variety is better than Marshalls and home goods. Their Buyers know what the public wants. Diversity. Not the Walmart offerings.
Unnecessary need to check receipt when paying in front of cashier and security asked me if i wanted a bag or not told them no bag for 1 item still checked my receipt after paying in front of them wth was that about very unpleasant trip
Like every Ross you find good stuff for low prices, but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE!
If you have the urge to hear multiple toddlers crying at the same time you shop this is the perfect place for you! And don't worry, their parents won't do anything to quiet them down. Enjoy!
