$29.00 for the poorest excuse of a “lobster roll”? What a joke! It was not only tiny but lacked any taste. It was served on a stale roll that was as hard as a rock. There was no sauce or flavor. The “warm potato salad” (as my side) was not bad. I have had many lobster rolls in my time, since it is a favorite, but not only have I never paid $29.00 for one, they have all been heaping with big chunks of lobster and tasted as such. I’m talking about from, locally, Bristol, Earl’s Premiere and Jax, plus many other places out of town. This was not even close to any of those! Very disappointing! Will not be back!

What a wonderful concept! Beautiful repurposed space with purpose! And delicious options. When you build a small, accessible menu and nail it - chef’s kiss! Fantastic bevies, vibe & excellent playlist on great speakers!

Sunday at 715 and the kitchen is closed because they are so far behind in making food for customers already in there. The hostess was not welcoming . She said there was a place upstairs but did not recommend it. Very disappointed we fought for parking just to head back to our car. I understand everyone is short staffed and kitchens back up but there needs to be better planning if this place wants to be successful.

Went for the lunch menu. Food was very mediocre comparable to a movie theater. Fries were only good thing on the menu. Drinks are from cans/bottles and $4. Chicken was very fatty. Was very disappointed.

I understand this is opening weekend but you should staff accordingly then. We waited over 20 min for a server just to order drinks. And it has now been ANOTHER 30 minutes of waiting just for drinks. Who knows how much longer we will sit here and wait just for drinks.

Had an awesome experience at River House Restaurant — such a unique spot right on the Rock Island Bridge, and they absolutely delivered. My daughter and I split the burger and the Cuban sandwich, and both were phenomenal. The burger was cooked perfectly, super flavorful, and the Cuban had that ideal balance of crispy, melty, and savory. My wife had the salmon, and it was just as impressive — perfectly prepared and packed with flavor. Beyond the food, the experience really stood out. Brad Gilmore and his team absolutely nailed it. Service was on point, the vibe is incredible, and you can tell there’s real attention to detail in everything they’re doing. This is a must-visit spot in Kansas City — we’ll definitely be back.

I wanted to like it but the food is not worth it! Go eat somewhere else, THEN come here for a drink and the atmosphere.

Overall this was a enjoyable experience and I will do it again soon. Food - We had the Bridge Burger cooked medium with a side of Fries and Una Familia Meixan Lager to drink. The burger was tender and perfectly cooked. The potato bun and caramelized onions give a bit of sweet/savory with thr R.I.B. sauce giving it a bit of bite. The Una Familia Meixan Lager was light and refreshing and paired well with this meal. The Una Familia Tequilas are of my favorite Tequilas Service - Positive atmosphere even when busy. We sat at the bar and were served in order of who sat first. They checked on us multiple times even at the far end of the bar. Atmosphere - Lots of seating at the bar and four person tables. You can look out at the river and see the sunset reflecting off the water and enjoy the shade at the same time. Watch a game on one of the many tvs. There is radiant heating above the seating areas. You can choose your warmth preferences by sitting directly under or to the sides of it. (If you are a person who gets cold easily you might bring a light jacket in the evening) There are multiple restrooms and even when the River House was really busy there wasn't a wait in the restrooms.

We had 7:30 reservations. Were sat and served quickly. What ruined our first time was a very loud and drunk woman that had been there since 5. (per an employee) She was dancing and twerking next to our table, yelling and cussing like she was in a club, just obnoxious. Nobody else in her group was doing this. And there were children around. Ruined our dinner experience, we couldn't hold a conversation. Employees asked her numerous times to simmer down. This went on for over an hour. Management should have stepped and removed her immediately! Food was okay, the lobster roll was good but tiny and expensive. The atmosphere (minus the loud person) was amazing. Hopefully next time there are only responsible adults in our ear shot so we can enjoy our dinner. And they should build more parking, street parking was difficult.
