The people that run this business are extremely unprofessional. Very unethical practices, I am very surprised they are still in business and I personally will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and highly encourage anyone else who has been a victim of their unethical practices to do the same. This is the only way to stop these people.
Completely unprofessional. Be careful with loads coming out of Major Metals in Warren, MI going to ELG metals in Mckeesport,PA. Clearly scrap metal/junk yards. JESSE LARSON harassed us when we made it clear our company policy is no junkyards. Who know's if the load was even " clean and palletized" like he stated. AVOID.
Very unprofessional broker. Even if they send the rate confirmation, the load is completely different and it will probably have a late delivery appointment. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Drivers, carriers, avoid this broker at all costs, they will screw you, lie you and then curse you for not accepting their low rate after they committed to a different rate. Louis was the name of that dispatcher today, but they change their names all the time as they're a crocked brokerage company !
I was waiting for 3 hours for this broker to send confirmation. Brokers are liars. They gonna try to sell it cheaper if not they gonna call you again and tell you that they had problems with computer or something like that. Avoid this broker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst company to work with. No respect, no professionalism. Specially for an agent Justin Kohls. Laughing he told me the load was cancelled and TONU is not paid. Disgusting!
Bunch Of Liars, My driver got rejected at the delivery and now they do not want to pay me my layover. Stay Away from this Company All they do is Lie. My attorneys are getting involved .
beware , Jessy would use profanity if you dont agree to his rate when negotiating a load . Also their manager Rory does not care about complains . We have the recording of the conversation and everybody is welcome to listen to it .
we been working with Raw logistics from past couple years, been such a good experience. they always pay on time and very reasonable with Carrier.
Jesse is extremely unprofessional. He cursed at and harassed our staff. Avoid working with them at all costs.
