We have been working with RAW for over 10 years. Rob and Rory are absolutely awesome. They are fair and honest. If ever an issue they are quick to get it resolved for both parties. Trucking is especially tough these days so I am glad we have RAW on our team!!

AVOID! The worst so called brokers i have ever worked with! Booked a load with them from Rochester NY to Columbus, IN. just right after the driver checked in at the shipper the broker called and said the customer changed mind, wants the load taken to Wellsville, PA not IN anymore. We still agreed to do the job ,same rate. It took the driver 4 hrs getting loaded, started driving to PA when he was almost there the broker called claiming the customer changed his mind again they want the load delivered to Cohoes, NY. After little arguments the driver turned around headed to Cohoes, NY. On his way almost there the broker called again saying hey the customer changed again ,wants the driver go to York,PA. I said no . We can't keep doing that kind of work no more. The driver had to forcefully deliver in Cohoes, NY after that long day being taken all around by these useless brokers. Stupidity at the highest level.! The day was gone by these rogue brokers who own nothing but want drive carriers their own way with not even little respect. Dishonesty won't get you far in life . Lying and trying exploiting others will bring down to your knees anytime soon. You guys with your blind loads , you seem to be thieves.

We were on a nightmare load with them for 4 days to start! 4 days they kept the driver tied up on this load, we had to finally return this load to the shipper, yes they paid for layover and we had a new delv set back with the shipper. The driver after being so calm and patient, losing out on loads was there from 8am-3pm! Spoke to Justin, have it on recording that he will pay us detention after 2hrs an amount that when it came down to it, did NOT happen! They totally screwed over the driver and basically paid the driver equivalent to minimum wage! Our dispatcher said this isnt McDonalds here, how are you paying this, and he said driver is flipping happy meals and thats all the customer gave him. Great to know what these brokers think of the hard working drivers who are hauling their blind loads and doing work for them and running hard for them!!!! Shame on them...

Very unprofessional. I had to cancel a load and I gave them suffiecient time notice. They did not care and DEMANDED my dispatch team to have a driver pick it up. I received a call and Jesse Larson began cussing me out, very unprofessional and continued to demand. As I read the other reviews, it was probably best that I ended up not working with them.

Just give them a chance! They proved to be great people to work with. I almost gave up when the receiver was planning to unload my truck almost a week after the arrival day. This is when they stepped up and solved the problem. It was a teamwork, Great teamwork!!!

Raw Logistics, LLC is an excellent company, very professional crew. Working with them on pretty much daily basis, exceptional communication skills, and willing to work with you on every possible issue that may occur. Jesse is an extraordinary, very professional, always on the task. Always pleasure to work with them

They lie about the load being clean, palatalized new production metal and then they send you to a scrap yard, with no TONU and a bunch of cursing when you cancel their load. Speaking with Tom he kept cursing at my employee and then did not allow me to talk to a manger, but cursed me out and hung up. Worst ordeal i have had in a while! As of today we won't use them anymore and I suggest you do the same.

Found cheaper carrier , cancelled shipment many hours prior of shipper closing claiming driver is not empty even though had time to pick up , truck being 10 miles away . at 0900 . Shipper closing at 1400 ...

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! Lied about commodity., lied about pick up time, when we refused to wait for 6 hours knowing that never will get pay a detention, simply refused the load. They reported it immediately to DAT and TIA. Beware!

I recently booked a load through this company and I have to agree with the negative aspects relative to this particular Broker. My comments are based on truthful facts rather than revenge or un-bias opinions as it’s not my intentions to damage the company, rather warn others to the dishonesty in which this company operates. In receipt of accepting a load, they failed in providing the necessary information prior to loading, being highly unorganized and unconcerned of providing the necessary tools required of the driver for pickup & delivery. I am unable to mention at this moment, but understand that they can be a ‘ scam full’ to payment. I won’t linger on this particular subject as yet, but should they prove to be so, I will provide additional details at the earliest possibility.
