Extremely unprofessional
Not worth your time! The broker showed a terrible attitude for no reason and even threatened us. Avoid them at all costs; it is no wonder they have such bad reviews. They were rude, unprofessional, and did not even have the audacity to hear me out. I was cut off at every word I tried to say. I absolutely do not want to do business with people like this.
Avoid this company at all cost!!! Completely unprofessional and rude, every person I talked to had an attitude and accused our dispatch and driver of lying when multiple emails were sent saying our trailer was down for repairs saying they never got anything when they were replying to said emails.. will never do business with this company again
This Broker appears to be a scam on the surface. They tend to book loads, cancel loads, and then attack you via email. Once they are done with that, they like to leave negative reviews across the internet and spread libel. This is a common trend across all platforms, almost like they are attempting to lower the reputation of their competitors.
Very rude and unprofessional!! Stay away!! Booked load with Luis at 8:45am. He never sent rate con. I tried calling numerous times until 1pm. Finally I had to book another load with it being a Friday afternoon. At 2pm Luis finally returns call. I told him I had just booked a new load for my driver since he never sent rate con or returned my calls. He started cussing at me and then issued a freight guard report. Horrible business on their part
Wish i could give 0 rating. I booked a load on June 25 for PA from ON and i read the google reviews but ignored them. I booked incoming load based on this load and guess what June 26, I got an email from Justin, the customer cancelled the load, I am pretty sure, they found a low priced carrier. Never do business with such kind of brokers, who play around and do not value carriers. WORST BROKER EVER!!
