Decent selection, definitely a Kroger store; and a little pricey, but considering where it’s located, I’m not surprised.
Literally, avoid it. The convenience of this location is not worth it. The self checkout is a mess EVERY TIME, prices are very high (like 10-20% mark ups), artificial 'sales', poor produce and meat. If you are willing to pay minimum 10% above neighboring stores, and deal with some of the worst checkout lines and customer service west of the city, shop here. The franchise should frankly be pulled. Avoid!
I went to this pharmacy last Friday for a vaccine, and even though it was quite busy, the pharmacist, Lucia, managed everything exceptionally well. She was very professional, friendly, and patient with everyone. I was really impressed by how efficiently she handled everything and how quickly she helped each customer. Excellent service!
I guess a "rich" persons version of Kroger? Lol. Situated in a nice area of Portland/Beaverton area. Kind of annoying how a different app is needed to get discounts. Kroger should just have Kroger for its stores, Fred Meyers, QFC and the countless other stores it owns. The baggers are awesome as hell!!! Thank y'all!
Subpar groceries at inflated prices. And never enough cashiers. Such a great location I wish it was a new seasons or market of choice instead. 3 stars for being convenient.
Co-workers and myself used to be die hard daily QFC shoppers at the deli. Deli manager Robin is rude and impolite. Due to bad experiences at the deli, unfortunately we will do our shopping elsewhere for lunch and groceries. It is pretty hard to leave a bad taste in my mouth because I am pretty open minded and easy going. The beer selection at QFC is not too shabby I must admit. Overall prices on everything in store is expensive, because of convenient location maybe?
Nikki in the floral department saved my bacon this morning. I work at the funeral home up the hill, and the florist didn't show. I had an hour and a half to figure something out, and I rushed over to QFC and Nikki arranged 3 beautiful vases in time for the funeral to display as the backdrop of the memory table. The family was pleased. Thank you, Nikki! I hope your boss sees this!
Almost always busy but prices are higher than Fred Meyer or WinCo. The kocation is great and there is a large wine section with local and brand name wines. Employeees are very helpful and nice. Also, the store is always clean and neat.
Ive been shopping here for five ish years now and have seen the decline in this store. It used to be an amazing unique store with a lot of local selection making it feel like a unique shop, then Kroger had to slowly ruin it by updated it and making it look and feel like every generic Kroger store, I have a lot of dietary restrictions and now can barely find anything I can eat there. Never a cashier to actually work and the price gauging here is ridiculous
This QFC is a solid neighborhood spot, especially if you want a quick in-and-out trip. It’s a relatively small store, so it doesn't have the massive footprint, but they do a great job keeping a good selection of pantry staples fully stocked. Since it’s a Kroger store you’ll find the same consistent brands (like Simple Truth and Private Selection) that you’ll see at other Kroger grocers, which is nice for predictability. The main downside is that prices here are a bit steeper than Fred Meyer for the exact same items. Because of that, having a rewards card is an absolute must to keep from overpaying. Clean, convenient, and great for the essentials. Just don't forget to scan your loyalty card or punch in your phone number at checkout.
