QFC

I shop here about once a week. It is a very convenient location for those of us in the West hills or off Barns road. The staff is friendly and helpful. They may stock a bit less than a large Fred Meyer, but the produce is very fresh and they have just about anything you'd need.

I dropped off 4 prescriptions and when asked if I was in a hurry I informed them only for the antibiotic and was told 30 min wait. 1 hr later I leave with the meds and return to clients home to discover no antibiotic. They let me sit there for 1hr and never told me there was an issue with filling the antibiotic.

I went in to pick up my prescription that was called / sent in by my doctor hours before I walk in to pharmacy’s pick up counter. I get in line, and the pharmacy tech does not even say hello, had me waiting standing in front of her while she is looking at her screen before she even acknowledged my presence. Then asked what she can do for me without looking me in the eyes. I give her my information and she tells me prescription is not ready and to come back in 10 minutes. I return in 10 minutes. There are two customers in line, so I wait on the sideline for another 10 minutes for her to acknowledge me and after she asks me again what my name is she gets my prescription from one of the shelves, but does not go back to me to let me know that the pharmacy manager will be right with me to go over information about the prescription. Instead, she immediately helps another customer in a friendly and welcoming manner. I had to wait for her a few more minutes while her manager continues to do what she’s doing instead of correcting the problem. Was I being ignored or are they just busy? Ignored because I’m Asian, or ignored because they were busy? There could have been more effort in correcting the situation, such as finishing up with my transaction before moving in to the next customer, or manager placing a call on hold to assist the tech? Thoughts? Pretty disappointing when you’ve been a customer at this pharmacy for over a decade.

Wonderful place for local neighborhood grocery shopping. Associates are very pleasant and helpful. Never feel bombarded or uncomfortable, it always feels like genuine customer service. Great job you guys! ❤️

This is a very clean and well stocked store. The employees make it a 5*+. I shop all over portland and on the north coast. There is not a store left anywhere that I have found that the employees seem absolutely happy, and taking care of customers is a priority. Until we came here, they are actually the kindest most helpful people I've come across in awhile. Kudos to the manager because the across the board kindness in this store, definitely has trickled down from the top. I will never shop anywhere else in town.

Store is horrible between the U scan employees to the store manager that hangs up on you. This is a horrible store. Go travel to the Bethany location where they have great customer service and treat their customers with respect.

I asked the cashier here once. How come your prices are way higher? You sell the exact same products as your sister company. Kroger yet you charge way more for it so I don't understand why I would go to a QFC regularly to shop if I just go to the off-brand Kroger or if I go to Fred Meyer that would have cheaper prices. Am I just paying that because you have a cheese department and wine department? Is that why I'm paying the higher price now? If the store was like nob Hill I'd understand but it's no nob Hill...

Good donuts and friendly self check out staff. Helped fix my mistake of putting in a dozen, when I meant to just do 3. So nice, walking out the Starbucks staff was chatting so kindly with everyone.

While there are a couple good employees, most "working " here are outrageous. They stand in huddles talking,not doing anything irritated if anyone asks them anything. Today newest guy scolded me for not working there for free and bagging groceries for him whilst he stood and watched. Literally felt justified in trying to humiliate me for not doing his job without pay saying it wasn't unreasonable for him to demand this as other customers work there for free so I should say thank you for the education and beg forgiveness. Someone in the union should point out when they've finished training the customers to work for free, they won't need to pay anyone to stand there and watch them.
