Helpful but need more checkers on Saturdays, seems like they want everyone to be ushered through self check out
Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Strong work💪🏽
Nice store - has Kroger products. Folks working were considerate and helpful.
Zero interest in customer service at the pharmacy! I called in a RX on Saturday. Went to pick it up Monday. I was told by pharmacy that my Dr. had to call in the renewal. My Dr. called them on Monday. On Thursday, they still had not bothered to order it. Told me I had to wait for them to get together a partial order. When I said I couldn’t wait, they acted like I was being irrational. I am not the only one who expects people getting paid to do a job actually do it. Both workers (who were on social hour apparently) were incredibly rude. I wonder how many people have gotten extremely ill or died because of these jerks and their laziness! Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The convinced me to sign up for “auto- refill,” then didn’t refill my prescription. It’s some hassle every time I have to interact with them. They are also closed on the lunch hour everyday, and 1/2 the day on Sunday.
I moved to the area two years ago and every single time I come in Justin has had a smile on his face. He has made it enjoyable to come in and go grocery shopping. How much fun is grocery shopping supposed to be? Honestly? He makes you leave with a smile on your face feeling like a million bucks. I work in customer service, I know how hard it is and ESPECIALLY in these crazy times. I truly appreciate his attitude and makes me want to to return to this store rather than going somewhere else. Thank you Justin.
Great selection of cheese and wines. the staff is friendly. The biggest challenge I have with this location is the consistency in which items ring up incorrectly. You have to watch the scanning of your groceries like a hawk.
Good grocery store with a nice pharmacy
Would not recommend, tried shopping there tonight and a homeless man was wondering around smelling strong of feces and urine, even after he left the aisle the smell lingered, I wasn’t able to finish shopping it was so bad. Let’s hope this place doesn’t become as bad as the downtown Fred Meyer.
You can get products at a high quality and if you do the research ahead of time and buy what it is on sale, you won't spend an arm and a leg. The produce is good, but if you want the best produce go to New Seasons. Best thing is the self checkout. Just don't go there with produce, because it takes too much to look up the code for limes/lettuce, etc.
Greg from the self-checkout department needs a performance evaluation due to a recent incident with a customer. My friend was using the self-checkout when her card declined. She asked Greg for help, but he couldn’t resolve the issue. She told Greg she would put the items back, contact her bank, and return later. After Greg left, he announced over the store intercom that "someone" was committing a theft, for everyone to hear. A manager was called, and it’s been said that Greg is being “talked to,” but this behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
