I highly recommend requesting Dastan, Dancho, and Huseyn for your move. They were incredibly diligent, hardworking, and maintained a friendly, professional attitude all day. We were moving from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom townhome. Our move was particularly tricky because we had an extra-long, heavy sofa that had to go up the narrow stairs of our townhome. While it seemed impossible at first, the guys stayed patient and came up with a creative solution to get it up there safely without a scratch. Beyond that, they were extremely accommodating with last-minute requests, like adding extra items to the packing on the go or shifting furniture to different spots until it was just right. I would definitely use them again for our next move in the future!

Definitely, I would want to work with Pure Movers again! Today’s move happened because of a family emergency; so I was trying to find a team that could work with my schedule and offer simple services. I tend to research based on reputation, reviews and then ask why I would want to work with them. Next Door and Yelp provided resources to find moving companies. Completing the initial request returned many responses. I selected Pure Movers who met my needs with time & budget. The communication with Thomas was simple, straightforward, and T & C’s easy to understand. The follow-up text was much appreciated especially if you needed to cancel to avoid the fee. Additionally, another request to confirm was sent with time of arrival. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 9 and 10 AM. Dastan texted the ETA and arrived at shortly after 9 AM with Daniel. Dastan introduced himself & Daniel with such a kind spirit and cheerfulness to help with whatever was needed. (I packed until 4 AM, so I was a bit exhausted!) Dastan went over the contract & scope of work and went to work immediately. They were very patient and understanding of the 14 steps! I did my best to prepare and have everything ready. However, they took the time to shrink wrap some furniture for me for ease of transport. Once the truck was loaded, we headed to Public Storage. The gate and elevator access is by a code. This can delay the move, but they made it work and together with my friend, 1 manned the elevator the other the storage unit. When the elevator arrived at the floor, we would switch so I could help direct them to place the boxes according to the colored stickers. They were patient as we had to go with the flow, depending on the arrival of the boxes and goods. We arranged a “few times!” Both Dastan & Daniel worked expeditiously and with great care. They would stop to make sure everything is all right. It’s interesting to watch them dance with the hand trucks loading the elevators as if they’ve been doing this a long time. To their manager, I pray that they both have a rewarding career. They are representing your Company securing future business. Both of these young men were professional and respectful. I wish them well for their future. Please have the company provide safety gear like a back brace support for starters. (I’ve been in the design/contract furniture a long time!) Russ and his team were amazing! From the start, scheduling with Thomas and running an estimate Zoom call with Simon were extremely smooth. During moving day, Russ and his team were extremely professional and quick at packing. They were amazing at moving all of our stuff without an elevator. They also uninstalled and reinstalled our beds. They cleaned up any empty boxes we had as well. Highly recommend!! They made our move day very easy!

The Pure Moving Company guys Isaac and Sabir were extremely efficient, experienced on time and communicative. I was impressed by their work and highly recommend booking them for moves. Handling of goods was safe, dealing with apartment quirks was also extremely flexible.

I've never had professional movers before but decided to try it for my first big solo move. I had Ben and Alex move my studio apartment today; they were so quick and efficient and fit everything *perfectly* into the time frame I requested with no issues! They came equipped with furniture pads and wardrobe boxes to get everything in and out securely without damages. I will definitely use this service again, it was incredible to not have to do all the heavy lifting and transport myself!!! Now to unload all my boxes... *I have to add a note several hours later - upon unpacking and arranging things, my dresser is not sitting the way it did before the move. They transported it all in one piece without removing the drawers, which is what my instinct would be to move, and I don't know if the cracks on the inside frame are from the move or were there before, but it definitely is not in the same condition as it was. I added some photos to show; the drawers should be flush with the frame, they are all (or the frame is) slightly warped to the left side. I haven't discovered any other damages yet but that one is not great.

I received excellent moving services from Eddie and Abu. They worked quickly and diligently, packing all of my belongings and furniture. They made sure nothing was damaged and went above and beyond.
