We had a great experience with Pure Moving company from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. they were responsive, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. The crew arrived right on time and came prepared with extra moving supplies, which made the day go much more smoothly than we expected. Most importantly, they took great care with our belongings and treated everything as if it were their own. Nothing was rushed, and they were careful when moving furniture and boxes through the house. Moving is usually stressful, but their professionalism and attention to detail made the experience easy and worry-free. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

We have used Pure Move for every move both big and small here in Seattle. This was our smallest move and well organized on our end as everything was packed and ready to go. Paul and Chingiz where polite and respectful. They let us know their ETA and arrived ahead of schedule which was a huge plus! They were immediately “game on!” Got the entire job done in record time! I highly recommend this company.

Ray and his team were great! Easy to work with and very nice during the move. They were efficient and very careful with my belongings and the walls in my house. I have a lot of heavy furniture and they were positive and polite the entire time. I appreciate Ray and his team and I will be using Pure Moving in the future!! I recommend them to everyone!

Ben and his crew were absolutely phenomenal! Every item of mine that they moved was handled with such gentle and care, with adequate padding for each item and delicate placement. My couch was such a challenge to get into our home, but they were determined, ensuring the door they had to remove was properly reinstalled professionally. Ben made sure to talk with me throughout the entire process as well, ensuring I was well taken care of. Out of all the moving companies I've worked with, these folks were a cut above the rest, and will get my business again some day. Thanks team!

Aktan and his team went above and beyond to help us with our move in. We had a ~700lb sauna and ~280lb massage chair they unloaded with no issue. Austin was super helpful getting us quoted and they even called the day before the confirm everything. Highly recommend Pure Movers!! Had an amazing moving experience thanks to Tim, Dastan, and Yunus for moving across cities. The team was very quick and efficient, and moved all furnitures and belongings safely and speedily. Booking process was also very simple and quick. Would highly recommend, planning to book another moving session with them in the future.

Not impressed… I’m giving two starts bc they were efficient and packed things well. However the guys that showed up were extremely passive, aggressive and rude. It was a very stressful day, and they didn’t make it any easier. At the end when we did the price breakdown we were originally quoted at a different price, but it was different after the service was done, which is fine sometimes things can fluctuate and that’s not why I was irritated. It was just the attitude of the mover that was in charge of handling the payment with us. We were like “oh that was a lot more than we were expecting. Let us figure this out really quick.” Money is tight. We just moved so we had to look at our account move some stuff around. He scoffed at us and rolled his eyes and honestly, it just was super uncomfortable and unpleasant. Not to mention extremely expensive we only moved about 45 minutes away from where we originally lived. There was no traffic. It was a Sunday. It just seemed like it was a lot more than what the company policy stated for pricing. Honestly, during the whole process, they didn’t talk to us at all. They basically would look at us like “why the hell are you in our way?” like oh excuse me, I didn’t realize I wasnt allowed back into my old place that I’m moving out of to grab my stuff. There were some things I wanted to put in my car and with five people there I understand in a small space it can get crammed really quickly and we try to stay out of their way the best we could but occasionally I would go in to just check on the status of everything and see if there was anything else I needed to bring out to my car. But I mean the lack of communication that we experienced will make me never use them again. I was not happy with how rude they were towards us and the attitude they had basically seemed like they didn’t really want to be there then why are you doing this? Overall, not a great experience and I will not be using this moving company again, sorry.

Tim and his crew did an excellent job moving all of our boxes and furniture, even with the tricky parking situation and stairs. They handled all of our items with great care and were completely self-sufficient throughout the entire process. The quoted price was highly reasonable, and they were honest and transparent from start to finish.

Asan and the guys packed our 3-bedroom efficiently and were super communicative, least painful move we've had so far. We appreciated the video-walkthrough quote system as well. Our second day with the team of four also went well moving into our 3-story townhome - they helped reassemble furniture and even fixed a dresser that had broken in our last move! Wouldn't have been able to do it without them.
