These prices are insane. My last bill made me ill. Now, with turning heat off, cutting down our hot water use by 50%, and unplugging all devices, our bill is still estimated 160 next month. I’m freezing in the dark for 160$?!?

I clearly set up PGE auto pay in October and I tried logging into the account via the app and the website and it shut Donna down. Obviously PGE has a bad reputation.

Setting up your service here is so easy and the process is smooth and efficient. AMAZING customer service every time I call. Thanks PGE!

I moved from my apartment complex in early April and still was told to pay a bill that was electricity used by the new tenant. I asked to have that reimbursed or credited since it was not my use and was told it “wasn’t their problem”. Customer service is very poor with PGE- I expect to have 25 dollars returned to me since it was not my usage and this can be confirmed by my apartment complex itself- when people are already struggling with the cost of living, a large company such as PGE, who I paid on time in full for 4 years, should have at least some morals and return money taken from someone who did not use their services. Very disappointed. CEO makes 7 million in 2023 and the company is continuing to steal from us 🙄 absolutely ridiculous

Too cold? No power Too hot? No power Oh you want an estimate of when its going to be fixed so you don't lose all your food? HA nope 6 more hours. This company is a sham.

4 days without power now. This is incredible. PGE gives more money to their CEOs than they seem to invest in the infrastructure necessary to withstand the extreme weather events that climate change is clearly causing. My friend in the UK says that he works for the energy industry over there and they compensate people a good amount of money when they go over a couple days without power. Here, you get nothing, and they really don't care whether or not you're suffering. PGE is just yet another horrible American capitalist nightmare corporation.

Absolute garbage company. Like most public utilities, they enjoy a monopoly so there's no true recourse and thus no incentive for this company be any more than bare minimal garbage. Their response times in rural areas during power outages are nothing less than abysmal. The dispatch personnel either don't know or cant disclose the status of power restoration and they give the standard company line. Or they lie outright. If I had money for every time us (or neighbors) were told "crews are on site," I could buy my own reactor... I have a sneaking suspicion that, especially during holidays, the line crews deliberately work at a snail's pace to restore power so they can bank that extra overtime. Why fix a line in an hour or two when you can can get paid for 12 hours? It's not like we can do anything about it...

Super helpful and kind always- willing to help those with bills struggling due to Covid related money troubles- just ask! So surprised that a utility company can be so personable and give me so much lead way and payment plan options before shut off notices. If you can’t pay your bill, my advice is to tell them your situation and they will work with you or refer you to a nonprofit that can assist you

Day 4 of no power. Zero attempt to make any fixes or send out a crew in freezing temps. People dying to down lines and animals freezing to death in their own homes. This is due to negligence of PGE. If everyone in Denver lost power every time there was a little snow they would never have power. Not doing maintenance until the system fails and just lining their pockets with our money.

I feel like PGE abandoned me at a time I needed them the most. They have been completely unhelpful. As a company that I rely on for a very essential function for my home it’s sad to feel so unsupported. I just talked to a few electricians and contractors that have done utility work for PGE in the past, and they all said that PGE is making me do extra things that are not really required. They are all telling me that the inspector may have a personal vendetta against me. I’ve asked to get my inspector changed out and PGE refused. Its been so frustrating dealing with this. I am making this review, hoping someone that works at PGE can show me a little mercy and reach out for help.
