They can't fix outages or even give a decent estimate for restoration. If they don't get the original time they just push it out and don't say a word to the customers. I've been sitting in darkness for 6 hours. Must be nice to coast on being a monopoly.
A+ customer service again figured out the solution Everybody for a cheaper bill.... All you just need to change your lifestyle to only use power between 9:00 p.m. And 7:00 a.m. so you better be able to change your entire lifestyle And pretty much the entire business world and forget about your health and circadian rhythm per the rep. case closed. Make it happen that's your key to Save some money it's just that easy
Because to pay my bill you know for the electricity I went on an Google searching for pge phone number,and Google showed me many different places of pge, so I called one place, and there was an 2 portland locations that's why and automated system asked for my birthday to verify who i was and customer service lady asked for my name and last four digits of my social security number, so I wanted to verify my name with them just to find out I'm not getting scamed but the lady said "that's not how it works" so I asked for supervisor and these both of the guys were very rude, wanted to fight with me and the supervisor said they never asked for my birthday and I told the supervisor what's exactly going on you know I went to Google searched for pge and there were different listing's of pge and I told them give .me my name just to verify if this pge is not a scam and supervisor is confused talking didn't make any sense keep saying did not ask for my birth date he said he had no information of me at all it kind of don't want to use their electricity I don't want to pay they should shutdown supervisor name Kade very rude crazy young man representing himself an supervisor, what i believe kade has no position for him to be an supervisor, and why is there only one electric company in oregon!!!!!!!!!
THERE IS NO PGE LOCATION WHERE YOU CAN PAY IN PERSON! THIS IS ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN WEBSITE! Looks like the cowards are too afraid of being face to face with the general public who they rip off. To top it all off, they're sending EMAILS USING A.I. GENERATED CONTENT--- A.I. IS PARTLY WHAT IS STRAINING THE GRID AND JACKING UP PRICES FOR CUSTOMERS! PICTURE ATTACHED. How do I know it's A.I.? As the email loaded, the picture filename was THE PROMPTS USED FOR THE A.I.!
Massive rate hikes for lining their own pockets instead of for maintaining a reliable and affordable electrical grid. Shame they’re the only option and we’re without power.
Zero stars or negative stars if that were possible. If you are on the fence about moving to Portland, you should factor in that PGE is your only option for electric unless you can go completely off the grid. Even with solar I’m still stuck to them. There is no escape except to leave Portland (or never move here) and the annoying monopoly PGE has on this city.
Not sure who helped me but they we're extremely nice and professional. Helped me around 8:05 am. Very nice lady
