Have been without power for more than 30h!! Maybe is time to break that monopoly and create some competition only then they’ll care.
Your profits weren't enough I guess. Let's charge our customers more vs investing those profits in better efficient energy in the long run.
Absolutely horrible company. Leaving hundreds of thousands without power for more than 30 hours in temps with wind chill in the single digits. Why the city of Portland tolerates this trash is beyond me.
My power went off and when I tried to report it I was told via internet that the system was out so I couldn’t report it. I also tried to call and was told that the call could not be completed. So there was no way to contact PGE about the problem or find out what the problem was.
Busted my door open, allowed my dogs to run away freely in a busy area, which lead to my service dog being hit by a car as well as my other dog being injured too. Very devastating, heartbreaking and disappointing.
Clackamas has been without power for about 8 hours and the estimated time for it to be back on keeps getting pushed back. Why is it taking so long to restore power ?
Our power is very reliable and that counts for a lot. What I cannot stand is I’m paperless and I get past due notices 12-15 days before the due date so it’s a total joke. Leave me alone already!
I was worried I was going get disconnection and was stressing when I called PGE today at 551 pm I spoke with Elizabeth and everything changed the mood changed she had a calming voice she was respectful and asked how my day was and worked hard to keep my Service on I have two special needs kids and ssi cut one of my boys ssi off so I was so worried, but she lifted a burden of my shoulders and for that thank u Elizabeth.
Pge is a greedy company. 2.5 billion in Revenue last year and they still want to raise their rates. Shame on you
I’ve never had any issues with PGE. I love that they send me texts and every week to keep me informed on how much energy I’ve used up or give me an estimate on how much my bill might be.
