Visited India recently and PKT helped us with the itinerary, starting with booking good airline tickets, getting nice hotels, having a driver who would take us around and always be prompt on time, and they also helped us coordinate when unforeseen circumstances caused difficulties or change-ups in the plan. Overall great service and Pankaj Parmar was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

We traveled to Iceland in the summer of 2022 with a group of 24 people. From the moment we booked the trip until the end of our trip, we experienced excellent service and organization. Flights, hotels, local transportation, and excursion bookings were planned perfectly through PKT. All of the hotels were of great quality and 4-5 stars. Our tour coach had great wifi access through our 2 week trip. Our driver in Iceland was very compassionate and considerate throughout our entire trip. We were also taken to multiple restaurants that exceeded our expectations. Due to local weather conditions at the time, one of our excursions was canceled, but PKT quickly found a replacement excursion that we all enjoyed thoroughly. PKT offered significantly better prices than other tour companies that are local to me in NJ. Lastly, our PKT travel agent, Tanmay, regularly checked in with our group to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were all enjoying our trip. We look forward to traveling with PKT again.

I wanted to take a moment to share a review of our unforgettable trip to Japan in April 2023, organized by the wonderful team at PKT. From the moment we landed in Tokyo, we were embraced by the vibrant energy of the city, and the experience only got better from there, thanks to PKT. Japan is a country that beautifully blends age-old traditions with cutting-edge modernity, and PKT ensured that our trip was a harmonious balance between the ancient and the new. Their meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of our trip made this adventure truly remarkable. We were captivated by the bustling streets of Shibuya and found tranquility at the Meiji Shrine. Our taste buds were delighted as we indulged in delicious food at Tsukiji Market. The iconic Shinkansen bullet train ride to Hiroshima was a thrilling experience as well. Kyoto was a revelation with its serene temples, stunning gardens, and traditional tea houses. The Fushimi Inari Shrine, with its thousand red torii gates, was a visual treat. We also had the chance to witness a traditional tea ceremony, which was both calming and enlightening. In every way, Japan exceeded our expectations, and we owe a big thank you to PKT for making it all possible. Their fantastic communication, helpful advice, and attentive service catered to our needs and ensured we had support for any questions while in Japan. The tour managers and drivers were amazing, and the transport vehicle was spacious and comfortable for all eight of us. We rebooked with PKT Tours for the 2nd year in a row because of our incredible past experience with them. Our group of 18 chose the Greece/Turkey tour and Tanmay made sure we were well-prepared. He is a very understanding, accommodating, and thoughtful man which we are more than happy to trust with the management. The trip was a success in my eyes because everything was handled for us beautifully- the vegetarian-friendly restaurants, the amazing hotels, and all the different modes of transportation. Travelled with PKT twice now. Canadian Rockies and Japan and both tours were well managed. Really nice hotels, good restaurants. Our tour in Japan was especially memorable. Tejas and Mitchie both made our trip hassle free. They took care of all details. We like small groups of 20 people. PKT is one of few travel agents that provide such tours. We want to do a tour in Oct to Spain/Portugal.

We were very sceptical about the tour as this is our first time with PKT tour to Turkey and Greece with a group of 18 people.But the tour become very memorable one.The hotels, and food, was v v good. Our tour manager was Chris. He is so helpful always in every possible way and v entertaining.

Used PKT to plan a 20 day adventure through various countries in Africa. Going to one different country can be overwhelming but when hitting multiple that's just chaotic on the brain.
